Service was awful not sure if it’s because I’m Latina. My order was ready and I didn’t know because the lady didn’t even tell me it was ready after my husband got up and asked they gave us an attitude. Definitely not going back there.

This was my first time visiting here, and I had pre-looked up the menu, deciding on the spinach, feta, and egg croissant as it was the only vegetarian breakfast sandwich option available. The space itself is beautiful and spacious, and they offer free Wi-Fi. I arrived close to eight, and they had already been open for an hour with two people working. Upon entering, I noticed one customer leaving, so I was the only one there. It seemed they were preparing a large order, so I was patient as I had to wait about three minutes before my order was taken. However, the person manning the station was speaking in a very low voice, making it difficult for me to hear, and I often had to ask her to repeat herself. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it wouldn't be my first choice of coffee shops to visit in the South Loop neighborhood. The sandwich itself was great, although I wasn't expecting it to be pressed in the Panini.

I am so annoyed! I received a text advertising the chicken sausage egg sandwich BOGO (2 for1) order online. The phone number for the State St store wasn't working today. The menu shows the item out of stock online.???? So.. what's a customer to do? Please....get it together.

The staff here couldn’t care less about customer service. My friend and I waited nearly 20 minutes to get a latte and a chicken croissant and finally had to leave without getting our food. It wasn’t even busy. Whether you’re a working professional or a student, don’t waste your time coming here.
So, I love the turmeric tea at this awesome establishment but today I was feeling a little sick and wanted a medicine ball. I asked the barista if she could use the turmeric tea and recreate something similar but by my surprise I got something much better, a "winter spice" made with steamed lemonade. Not only was it super delicious, it made me feel so much better. I hope this is not a seasonal drink hence the name winter spice. I can use throughout the year.
