Came here for our 2 year wedding anniversary. What a beautiful building with a grand entrance. Solid food, everything was amazing, the server was so attentive to things we needed. I'm not a fan of the paper on top of the white table cloth but I understand it's easier to clean and replace. Food was 10/10, drinks were strong and it was very romantic.

There when you needed them but not hovering or trying to turn the table when we were winding up our dinner We had this particular waiter before & he was excellent - giving us our space & coming back every 15-20 min to see if we needed anything We had steak frites with bernaise sauce. Excellent as always. The hostess even took us across the lobby to take a look at the new restaurant that recently opened - a nice finishing touch

Came here for a birthday. My Steak was great! Ordered the Roquefort with the blue cheese and butter sauce. Great location in Lincoln Park. Didn't have to go all the way downtown. Used Lettuce Rewards gift card, but forgot to check in to claim the rewards. Will make sure to do it next time.

What a treat to go to Mon Ami Gabi. This was my first time for brunch and I will be back. Everything from the host allowing us to sit a a four top near the window, to the service along with the food that was well paced. No rush to put the order in allowing us to enjoy our birthday cocktail/mocktail and ten the pacing of the food itself. And a delightful surprise of the profiterole for each of us for our birthday. Even the fact that they separate the tables appropriately...no need to put everyone in one corner, but open tables between seated guests that they can fill in as they get busy. High recommend for brunch or dinner (many times for dinner and it's consistent, elegant, and feels like you are in France for a bit) Well done.

Hard to pass up the skate wing. Really enjoyed the new preparation (for us) grenbolise . It went very well with the fish. Nice bottle of wine made for a very good meal

Our waiter was a veteran employee of LEYE and Mon Ami so he made the experience outstanding. Our brunch was good as always. Our family likes the ability to have both breakfast foods (french toast) and one the their classic steak frites or a salad with salmon. Like the variety and we like the consistency of the quality of the food and experience. Also as a side note, we were there over the Air and Water Show weekend and were able to valet park with no problem because we had a reservation.

Our server Janet was knowledgeable, at first we felt a bit rushed to order, but then Janet understood the assignment and was attentive but not intrusive which led to us having a glorious date night. The Trout Almondine, French Onion Soup, Cesar Salad Crème Brûlée and Profiteroles never disappoint! The Skate Wing was good but not exceptional. The hostess was friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
