I see a lot of negative reviews but I had different experience. I arrived at 08:30pm for my next day 09:00 appointment and they took me in, finished unloading 30 minutes later. Docks are not as tight as some claim to be. Overnight parking is not allowed but I bet you can go to the back side of the building and no one will care. Guard-shock personnel are not as bad really bad but the forklift driver is very nice.
I did a drop & hook here. It looked like a nightmare online, but once again I was proven wrong. I gave them a 4 star, because obviously it wasn’t that great of a place, but for me it was a whole lot better then what I read so congrats… What seemed like the new guy was professional & nice, and of course the not new guy had a sense of rudeness, but not too bad. I came from Gary Indiana, I-80 W, to I-294 I believe to Illinois 50, then I forgot, but not too bad getting...
