The atmosphere itself was decent, but that’s where the positives end. Service was extremely slow, with long waits even for basic orders, and there was little sense of urgency or attentiveness. Prices were also very high for what was delivered, which made the overall experience frustrating and not worth the cost. Given the combination of slow service and poor value, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I attended to support other DJs and their selection of music is second to none.
The drinks are always perfect and food is always hot and delicious. I love the fact that they have three different bars available in so much space and different type of atmospheres if you want.
Anybody could attend here and that’s why I like it

We came out last night to connect with friends and enjoy a few drinks, but unfortunately the service from the entire staff was very disappointing. Our credit cards were overcharged, which reflects poor business practices. Additionally, there was an assumption made that someone “hit” a staff member, when in reality it was a brief tap accompanied by an attempt to pay the bill.
Overall, this experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Based on how this situation was handled and how the brand is represented, I would not return or recommend this establishment.

I've only ever delivered Ice sculptures to their events. They put on a wonderful atmosphere for their guests. The food smells amazing and their staff has always been so kind to me. I would like to attend as a guest soon!

Went tonight (day before New Year’s). There was one table available in the entire place - a 6-top. We were 4 people, sat there because there was nowhere else to sit.
We had guests in town and were planning to spend money and have a good night. Instead, a busboy was rude and told us we couldn’t sit there unless we had exactly 6 people, said they wouldn’t serve us, and that we could “stand instead.”
No effort to help, no flexibility, just attitude. Turning away paying customers when the place has no seating is insane.
Completely ruined our night. Terrible hospitality. Plenty of better places in Chicago - don’t waste your time here.

Money Gun is a great bar with an awesome vibe! The service was excellent, the bartenders are friendly and really know how to make well-crafted drinks, and the music sets the perfect tone for a great night out.
The ambience is on point—stylish, lively, and fun without feeling overwhelming. The food was also a pleasant surprise, especially for late-night options, which hit the spot. While parking can be a bit hard to find, if you’re resourceful you can definitely make it work—and it’s well worth it once you’re inside.
Great drinks, great food, great music, and great times. Highly recommend Money Gun if you’re looking for a solid spot to enjoy a night out!

On payment device at the bar they put a sticker over the zero tip option so that you are forced to tip

There’s a great vibe here, it is good for a date night or a fun night with friends! They have a huge selection of drinks, including a pisco sour for anyone who’s a fan of Latin American liquors. The waffle fries are seasoned with house blend and are to die for!!!
The staff was so attentive and checked in on us frequently but also made an active effort to catch my group during lulls in conversation! The tables, at least in the area my group was sitting, weren’t too big- so I don’t know how well they would be able to accommodate groups larger than 6 but we fit perfectly. I would definitely come here again!!

I sat at the bar with my friend and we ordered a total of 4 cocktails and 2 shots at the bar, in which we were seated. Then out of nowhere the bartender who was initially kind put a reserved seating sign in front of my friend and I. I was confused by this, as we were seated at the bar and not a booth. Bars are first come, first serve. I was not pleased, and I felt we were being kicked out. I wanted to order more drinks, but this rubbed me the wrong way. I am a bit disappointed. Other than that, I did enjoy the music and drinks.

Came here to take a look at what the area has to offer. Asked some question regarding happy hour, was told by waitress “only drinks with martini glass’s are on happy hour” when I asked about food she stated “no food is included on happy hour” Once I asked about the waffletini she then indicated “happy hour drinks come with waffle fries” with a very condescending tone as if i should have known. Very unfortunate, the place has a great ambiance but unfortunately with that type of attitude it takes away from the vibe this place is trying to pull off with. Also I had to ask around for the waitress so I can close out my tab. Took about 15 minutes after asking to close out my tab. Only 4 tables with a total of 8 people.

Used to love this place but the last two times service has been really rude. Once we sat at our table for 30 mins waiting and no one came to take our order so we just left.
