Met a friend here and can’t wait to come back. Friendly staff. Great food. Even better beer. Ordered the chicken avocado wrap and a few beers. Looking forward to my next stop in.

We only went in for drinks before a show but the food looked very good and the service was very quick and friendly.

A great selection of beer on tap. The staff are quite knowledgeable of their craft and also quite helpful in navigating the downtown area.

I wish there were more places like this, as a lover of all things medieval I had a great time. 15/10 ambiance. (Food was good too).
Really fun to look at all the art they had. If it wasn't a restaurant I'd have walked around just looking at all the art and lamps.

Arrived at the Airport Rail station near to the Monk's Pub. We had a long day travelling from Las Vegas.
The pub is 'Ye Oldie Worldly' style and has a steady turnover of patrons.
The staff at the premises, from the guy who warmly greeted us and showed us to a table where we could safely store our luggage,, to our first server who took our drinks order and he delivered the same with 2 glasses of ice cold water for us and then to the female member of staff who delivered our cutlery and condiments before delivering our food a short time later.
All of these persons were polite and courteous towards us for our first visit to the city. They should be very proud of the way they presented themselves.
The food, my wife had the open steak sandwich while I settled for the Smokehouse Burger. Both came with fries of our choice and neither disappointed us.
I hope I get to visit again before we return to Scotland at the end of our holiday.
Thank you again.

We are so lucky we found this little gem. The food and service was absolutely amazing and they have every beer and cider you can imagine on tap. Definitely recommend if you're in downtown CHI.

For some reason they didn't have Jack Daniel's and for some reason charge $14 for a grilled cheese sandwich.

You wouldn't know it from the outside but this is a hidden treasure for beer lovers.
Always a mix of belgians and local craft on tap flowing through what I can only imagine is pristine tap lines as I have never had a bad draft beer in this place.
The atmosphere makes you just want to move in and never leave.
Service is top notch!
You won't be disappointed.
Cheers!
