This is the only ramen I've ever had that is beef based and I definitely recommend everyone try it because it is different from your pork/chicken based. While it was delicious, I prefer a pork based broth with bork belly. I was very happy that you could get corn and onions in it as those are some of my favorite ramen toppings and the noodles were outstanding.

Perfect in every aspect in my opinion. Server was super nice and worked flawlessly. The food... I'm still thinking about the food 2 hours after I ate. That was some of the best ramen I had in a long time. Worth every penny

First the positives! The food is really great. I got the vegetarian ramen and veggie gyoza, both were super delicious. The unfortunate part was the service. They had us wait an hour and 10 minutes for a table (which is fine if the place is busy!) but then constantly tried to rush us out. They asked my table twice if we were done and then came and said another reservation had the table and we needed to go. So overall I’d say hot soup with cold service. Sad since this should be...
