Visited Fri evening I think. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again. The place has a nice feel to it. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I loved to visit.
I don't know what's going on between the two branches but when I couldn't find the new phone number for the westside branch(googling only gives you the old number) I called the branch in the 100's. the lady on the phone said the Southside shop has nothing to do with the westside shop, huh? so I just went to the one on Pulaski, thankfully they were open and I told them the conversation with the branch out south. They couldn't believe it, those women employees...
Best apple fritter anywhere! And they come I. Small, large and extra large (nearly the size of a pie!!). It is crisp on the outside and chock-full of apple. It is decadent and splendid beyond words. The rest of their donuts look great but I don't go there often enough so I can't pass on the chance to get another apple fritter.
