I have been coming to Mr Pollo since 2005 and they never disappoint. The green sauce is a must! I highly recommend. Everything is always fresh. If you dine in you get a free chicken soup which is very tasty. I dine in and I order for delivery and never had a disappointment.

I have encountered two recent incidents where human hair was present in my food. When I addressed this issue with the person in charge, I was subjected to rude treatment and unfounded accusations that I had intentionally added the hair to my food. Since the administrative change, there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of food and service. The previously upheld standards are no longer being maintained.
