I ordered a hot dog and bread was hard as a rock and they would not refund me told me to come back but I'm home then said come back another day and bring food back old food not professional at all not a way to deal with customers how about just refund me or take my name down and say Next time you come you will get your hotdog

ZERO "stars"......... I ordered 2 king subs, total of $27.88........ drive through,so I didn't open the bag,till I got home. I discovered 2 regulars.... Was all the way home in Oak Lawn & didn't want to drive back. Called the next day and was told bring either the receipt,or the sandwiches.... Who keeps a drive through receipt & the sandwiches we're already eaten. I posted this review, because it's the 3rd time this shortchanged sandwich happened. Only go there because it's on my way home, from my job. This place is deceptive.......on purpose.
