I wish this was a joke. Had it delivered so I couldn't check it out ahead of time. My family actually asked if my 8 year old decorated it. Like how did they think this was acceptable? Don't waste your money.

I’m from Chicago and this is one of my stops every time I’m in town! Came in to get my usual dozen and a half minis. Half were plain chocolate chip instead of chocolate chip walnut like I asked. Very disappointed because I didn’t realize until I was already home?

I went here because I've been wanting a Peanut Butter Dream Bar for months and every time I go to a Mrs. Fields, they don't have them or they just ran out. I'm sick of this disrespect!!!!! It's the only thing I want at this store and I can't seem to get it!!!!! Disgusted and fed up!!!!!

Went in today to get a smoothie, it was delicious. The girl behind the counter looked sloppy and not very happy about being there. I get it, work is usually the last place you want to be but have some kind of personality.

I ordered a cake to be delivered for my brothers birthday. Delivery went well except the overall execution of the cake is beyond dissatisfying. I told the woman who helped me order it over the phone for the cake to say "Happy Birthday Petey!" With blue and white frosting. I was left with "Peley". She mentioned dark and light blue contrast well and recommended it and I told her to go for it and make it cute. I find the final product to be a bit of a let down considering the whole thing was $70 and this is probably $30 worth of work. Might just be my opinion but compared to what I expected the cake to look like based off their websites photos, I am very let down. Hoping someone will reach out to me and we can come to a conclusion so I can continue to be a loyal Mrs. Fields customer. :(

I have eaten plenty of Mrs. Fields cookies over the years and I have always been satisfied. I read that this Mrs. Fields cookies suffered vandalism from rioting individuals in 2020. I am so sorry that happened to your store. Those who unloaded their shame on your innocent store will reckon with those mistakes for the rest of their lives. Glad were not in their shoes! I love your cookies and I pray the very best for you, your employees and your patrons.Peace on earth
