Who ever rated 4.6 stars is a lie! Horrible customer service, delivered food 3 hours late, food was cold, stop answering the phone when we was calling, charged us for Patti sweet potato pies $10 and it's only $3.99 at Walmart. To top it off the cheesecakes was nasty and soupy. I would not refer her business 2 no one and she had the nerve to charge us in advance $1,600. Never again! A disappointment in my black people.

This place is single-handedly the thing I miss most in Chicago! The Birria ANYTHING is out of this world (shout out to the shrimp tacos that changed my life ?), and Towanda and her team take really good care of their customers. If you live in Chicago, do yourself a favor and become a regular! Oh, and the soul food and seafood boils are equally as good. This place is for people who LOVE food and care about supporting small businesses that give back to their community.

Have been going here for years off and on. Love the truffle fries, and different sauces and aiolis. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the food is a bit too heavy for me and I usually feel tired afterward. If you're fine with that, indulge!

Great healthy option for a meal or snack I always get açaí base banana and honey keeps me filled for at least 4 hours and a lot of energy I love the energy there they are always smiling and the guy who works there sorry I forgot your name is always in great spirits and happy. I was working near universal studios so was my stop almost daily but now that I'm in Manhattan Beach working will take me a while to go back but I will try !!!! Thank you so much
