Went here to have dinner with a friend. We loved the decorations set around the restaurants and took photos before we went to our table. The service was excellent and excited to try their menu. My friend ordered Quesabirria tacos while I ordered pollo poblano. Quesabirria are meant to taste spicy. The dish tasted sweet and there was cinnamon added to the plate. Pollo poblano, the chicken was rarely seasoned but the sauce did recover in savoring the meal. The price for the meals wasn’t quite appealing from what we experienced. Also they do not have an extended menu for breakfast/lunch so the menu is limited.

Celebrating a friend in from out of the country, music is great, food is great (chilaquiles are top tier) bottomless drinks are the way to go! We even got free shots 😉 if you’re debating it, the answer is yes! We’re from Belize, the music was everything we needed! The manager Ozzie, the server Edson , and the busser Adrian is a sweetheart!! This is place to come, you won’t regret it

Our first time there for brunch, to celebrate my sisters birthday. We ordered I’m sorry but the bean was soo dry and the steak very chewy! Not to say the waiters wouldn’t come in and check us if we wanted more drinks! Service sucks, they have to do better. They would only go to the party groups.

I never write reviews, but I’m genuinely upset. This place is terrible — plain and simple. You can’t delete this one like you did on TikTok.

They lure people in with “Taco Tuesday” deals but forget the part where customers actually get served. It took almost 30 minutes before anyone came around with tacos, and when they finally did, they were cold.

And let’s talk about the $2 salsa. Charging for salsa is ridiculous. It’s greedy. The poor waitress looked scared to even ask the kitchen for faster service — apparently that’s “not allowed.”

It’s cute inside, but that’s where the positives end. Save your time, save your money. You’ll thank me later.

Great place for a party-style dinner or brunch. The music is LOUD but the DJ was great, just don’t come here to have an intimate conversation lol. Chicken taco was great, fried fish taco was just okay. Paloma was good! Nayeli was our server and she was lovely. Food took a while to come out, but it was also a very busy Friday night.

Top notch service. Quickly got a table. No wait because the rest of my party was running late. Thank you! Waiter kept checking in. Loved the music and the vibes.

The only good thing there is the parking lot, only reason why I ate there was because I couldn't find parking any where on Milwaukee Street, music is too loud maybe good on Fridays but Sundays no unless you just want to go and hear music! Food well chile relleno was not soft and service so so some employees are friendly some are not just bad experience for me.

This place is a vibe if you’re going to hang and drink. Food took a long while to finally reach our table and the food was “Luke warm”.

I went to Mucho Gusto with a group of five and, at first, everything started off great. We were seated right on time for our 8:30 reservation, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience went downhill from there.

Our waiter took quite a while to attend to us at the beginning because he was being pulled away to help with bottle service. After we finally placed our order, it took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. About an hour in, our waiter mentioned there had been a computer error and that they were “working on it.” Another 20 minutes passed with no updates, so we asked to speak to the manager. She first said she didn’t know what was going on, but then admitted she was aware our food had been delayed.

Overall, it seems like Mucho Gusto might be a good spot for drinks, especially at the bar, but definitely not the best choice if you’re planning to dine in and expect timely service.
