I don't write reviews often, but one day I was scrolling shorts on TikTok and saw someone eating some Japanese curry. I thought to myself, wow that looks really good.
Naturally, that evening after work I scrolled through Uber Eats to find the closest place that had it, and thats where I found Musashiya Ramen.
I've since ordered it probably a dozen times, both the pork and chicken versions. I'd recommend trying both!
I'll probably try their Ramen some day soon, but man their curry is really really good.

This place offers delicious food, which is why I gave it 5 stars. The ramen is particularly excellent, but the ambience isn't very impressive due to its plain setting. However, the quality of the food itself is definitely there.

This is my hands down best ramen restaurant in Chicago yet. The lady employee was very friendly and she took care of a lot of customer during busy hours alone. Very impressive. I am a very picky eater and a ramen snob, but the ramen here tastes perfect with good spice level for someone from Thailand who likes spice, but not crazy Thai spice. My formula, if anyone wants to follow, is karaage chicken, miso base, soft ramen, 2 cloves of garlic, with spice, light sodium. The cabbage threw me off because I have never seen cabbage in a ramen before, but it adds crunchy texture so it’s all good. The hot tea was authentic. I will definitely go back for a second round. The price is good too!

Cool little ramen spot off Broadway. I got the build your own ramen with tonkotsu broth, chicken karaage, green onion, with a medium salt level. I could have definitely gone with the high salt which would have packed a little more of a punch. The ramen was good and hit the spot on a cold November night.
The servers are also really nice and attentive. It’s small with limited seating, so you may have to wait if there are already a few larger parties dining inside. We got lucky and didn’t have to wait for a table.

Literally the best Katsu curry in Chicago! They have a little bits of turkey cooked into the curry sauce. It is so flavorful and so good. You can’t find this anywhere else.
Ramen is also good, but the dish is the Katsu curry
Super cozy little place that's very dining alone friendly! I always love seeing others here dining on their own and just enjoying the food. I've loved everything I've tried here, including the ramen and the Japanese curry. It always smells so good in here. Staff is very attentive and friendly. I like to go here before seeing movies at the landmark century centre cinema for a perfect pairing.
