This place is under new ownership! The new owners are so friendly and are definitely paying more attention to the customer service aspect. Would definitely recommend the power peanut butter smoothie!

I love this place. Jordan makes an incredible shake that always impresses. My friends that have tried them love them, and while we don't always go to the gym in the afternoon, we make it a point to go past 11am at least once a week just to be able to enjoy the protein shakes afterwards. Jordan has been doing this for a while, and the continued effort shows in his work. Best protein shakes I've ever had. This LA Fitness location in Ravenswood is very lucky to have this muscle bar

Ive been to the muscle bar for both meals a shakes. I spent a lot of money at this place! What really bothers me is how I told the guy that his shakes where not slushy and tasted like I was just drinking milk. He seemed to not care like his place is cheap. Im not the only person who didn't like the shakes. My other coworkers sd the same happened to their shake. I guess I'm the only one to complain. $7 for a cup of milk is pricey. He didn't seem to care much and yeah I bought shakes here before. I wasn't expecting the same problem especially I asked him to make it thicker. Don't waist your money at a place that don't give a dame if you like what serve or not. Especially when we all know money is hard to come by these days. I won't buy another thing from here again.

Horrible experience. The guy who works at the place (i think his name is Jordan) is a scam. Very rude and unprofessional... he takes advantage of people and overcharges. Very pricey. My smoothie tasted like pee. Get it together poor thing he thinks he owns La Fitness. The gym should know what kind of person they are dealing / working with!
