The food is fresh and has good flavor, with plenty of options to customize your meal. The place is casual and convenient, though the atmosphere is pretty basic. Service is quick most of the time, but it can get a little hectic during lunch hours. Overall, a decent spot for a fast Indian meal.

Good fries! Everything else needs salt
The food was pretty bad for the price. I got the paneer wrap and the paneer was too chewy and bland.

Good for Indians who travel chicago. Just make sure you take tikka gravy otherwise you will loose the taste.

Very good Indian food in the build a bowl format. Delicious flavors, spicy sauces, tender chicken fast service. Mango lassi to top it all off.
Would have been a 4 star, but the young lady at the counter who made our bowl was simply rude, impatient, and acted like our questions about the menu were irritating her. It was not personal because she treated other customers that way.

BEST SAMOSAS IN THE CITY!! I love Indian food, and the Franklin St location in the Loop is the perfect spot for a quick lunch. Amber and the other staff at Naansense are so incredibly helpful. My favorite is to mix rice, lamb, falafel, and chickpeas in a bowl, then go to town w all the various fresh toppings. Just wish they were open on Saturday’s as well!
I got this delivered to my hotel. Flavor was lacking and the bowl was not a very imaginative one. The tikka sauce was watery and not very flavorful either. Masala fries on the other hand were great. Definetly heavily seasoned which I appreciated, but made the bowl feel that much harder to eat.
My go to lunch spot in the loop!

They forgot to include the samosas with my delivery order which was placed through the naansense website. I called to notify them of the issue and had to speak with two different people with the final person giving me attitude and angrily saying they would give me a refund. I have yet to see a refund.

Omg! Sooo good! The food is seriously amazing and fast! The naan bread is salty and I loved that. Love the free sauce options that they give you. The samosas were cooked perfectly and were my favorite park. Highly recommend!

I loved the ambience of this restaurant, It’s pretty much like indian chipotle and I really loved their tikka bowl , It wasn’t bland but the tikka sauce needs improvement and their masala fries were too sour , Overall it’s good it’s a good place to grab lunch once in a while .
