Been here for a lunch. Tried the falafel bowl.
Not many options for vegetarians. Only falafel bowl and peta with sides like French fries.
I should mention, I did Not a have a tasty food here. Falafel was above average and the hummus was bad with lemonish taste.
French fries were very very bad. I wouldn’t recommend. My visit was on a Sunday afternoon, it was quite empty. Ambience was also not that great and appealing.

The food was tasty, but the service could have been better. Additionally, the food was quite expensive

Update: I returned to this location recently and ordered a chicken and rice bowl. The whole meal tasted cold and there was some undercooked chicken it.
Normally, I like going to this location as the food is great and the service is decent. But recently I went in with some friends visiting here and they had already started cleaning and putting the seats away, so there was nowhere to sit. Mind you, this was at around 7:30 pm and this location closes at 9 pm. It’s not like we came in right before closing. I get wanting to tidy things up before closing but an hour and a half before?? We weren’t interested in take out so we went elsewhere.

I went to pick up an order here and the whole restaurant reeked of stale fryer oil. The food was lackluster-to-bad, the vegetables were limp, the pickles on the sandwich were Mount Olive, the lentil soup tasted like lentils and chicken bullion cubes, and was unbearably salty.

I went to this branch for the first time. I felt like this branch is mediocre compared to other naf naf in Chicago area. The could keep the restaurant a little bit more cleaned. I bought a veggie bowl with fries. The fries was very oily. I have eaten much better fries at other places.
Parking: It’s somewhat expensive to park on the street in this area.

Not HALAL :(
Do NOT order from this place! Yes, that is a giant bug on my food delivered from them. As if that wasn’t bad enough, Uber eats is refusing to provide a refund from this restaurant when this is clearly a food health safety issue.

Came here for lunch, tried the new spicy meatballs over rice and spicy hummus. The meatballs were so delicious, so was the hummus. However, the rice so chewy which was disappointing. The servers had a little attitude. The sitting area is quite nice with views of the street. My friend enjoyed her food too. It’s a nice restaurant but could deliver better.

The chicken shawarma is excellent, in a fresh pita, with chopped salad, pickles, hummus, schug, and lots of tahini on top. The lentil soup is also really really good, and not common for fast casual.

First evening in Chicago and stuck directly at NafNaf... that was a good decision! The boys were in a good mood and the food tasted wonderful! The price was more than okay, almost cheap. Clearly worth recommending.
Kid-friendliness: There is a special children's plate and the boys are very nice to children.
