This is a fast casual Mediterranean restaurant. I wasn't hungry, so I just got a cup of lentil soup. It was delicious and thick, not watery. My husband got shawarma and it was delicious. The food was ready quickly, there was enough seating, and the air conditioning worked pretty well.

The food was very good. I loved the falafel and the chicken strips. The sauce was great too. Excellent Baklava!

Great food great service only issue is they barely fill the plates and they are pretty expensive and one of my coworkers found a hair but like amazing food just could be a better experience and better managed.

Very good food, but there were some sketchy people who were just wondering the eating area. Not super safe so would recommend getting it to go!

Naf Naf isn’t as good as what it’s been before. Rice is more oily and chicken is cold and tough like it’s cooked since two days.

Ordered a pita with shawarma chicken, tahini, and naf pickles. Delicious. The spicy hummus added a nice addictive kick. Mr. Hatchett is a very friendly host. I would suggest that Naf Naf add a wrap option to the menu as well. But anyway, nice filling food 👍

Place is NOT HALAL do not trust the reviews here stating otherwise. Falafel was good nothing special. Slow service , despite three people serving and not busy , they were not efficient.

Naf Naf Grill is my go-to spot when I need something quick but actually delicious and filling. Ordered the chicken shawarma bowl ($14) with basmati rice, hummus, and all the toppings, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the pita? Soft, warm, and straight-up addictive. Also grabbed a side of falafel ($4)—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, just how it should be. Service was fast and friendly, even during the lunch rush. For under $20, I left full and happy. Definitely one of the best fast-casual spots in the Loop!
