Hey this was my first time coming to visit you guys in person because i always order online and my take out was going fine in line into i come across a lady who was very rude! She was on a personal call while i was standing to be serve she act as if i wasn't standing there waiting to start my meal. I don't know if she was under pressure because it seen short on staff due to me only seeing her and another worker working, but i do know i didn’t deserve to get yelled at and talked to poorly like that. She informed me she was the manger and that i couldn't speak with no one else!

This place stopped washing their lettuce. I found dirt on multiple pieces today. Let’s hope who eats there don’t get sick from it. Disgusting!! This used to be a clean place

Great food. Friendly employees. Fair prices, big portions. Have tried other falafel and always come back here. A Middle Eastern place opened a few blocks near me and I was so excited but I kept comparing it to Naf Naf!
Love that it’s near the train so whenever I am downtown I try and stop by.

Bought lunch here and had a got some good food. The rice and chicken were warm and everything tastes fresh. Only downside is that the plate got wet from the food and was slowly falling apart by the time I made my 5 min walk to where I sat down to eat.

Chipotle and Qdoba like. The food was good and fresh as we watched them make the falafel for one of the dishes we ordered. The food was plentiful and flavorful.
The staff were friendly and helpful when ordering. They might have been the owners.
The place was not the most up to date but for the most part clean. Seating was plentiful and well spaced out.
If you need a quick Mediterranean bite in the area, it’s worth a stop.
