I had bad bad grill today at the Brookfield location. It was buy one get one half off. It was not good at all. The rice was hard, the food was cold, and missing purple cabbage. It was so gross.
They had excellent service, the food was great, and the falafel came right off of the fryer. They were very kind, and the employees were very understanding when I asked for change. Overall, the restaurant was really good, and it was the best food I’ve had for a while.
If you want to spend $20 on lunch and leave hungry, this is the place for you!!! The food was decent and the service was quick. I can see why the place was empty. I am going to head across the street to McDonald's now.

Had a bad experience at Naf Naf Grill Brookfield Wisconsin today. Hope #nafnaf folks are listening. I ordered 2 rice bowls for a take out. Upon reaching home, I realized that the rice was half cooked. I took the bowls back to the store to complain and get a replacement bowl. The interaction with the #nafnaf employees left a lot of room for improvement. They were dismissive at first and later simply disinterested in solving the problem. The team lead refused to acknowledge that the rice was uncooked. It was my word against his since he had "followed the protocol while making the rice". He was not willing to taste the rice and kept saying that this had never happened before. He was not ready to reimburse for the bowl because I had eaten a spoonful. He did not agree to give me a replacement bowl. He reimbursed for another bowl which had not been eaten. He offered to give me extra rice for free but did not agree to give me the full bowl (I wanted it exactly the same as the one i had ordered). I don't understand how this offer of extra rice made any sense. #NafNafGrill Bad experience. I have been a big fan of the restaurant but today was a big downer.
I go there literally every day. This is the best source of healthy food in the surroundings. The staff is friendly, ultra nice people! <3

Naf Naf Grill is my go-to when I’m craving some solid Middle Eastern food! I swung by for lunch, and the shawarma on a pita hit the spot—super juicy and flavorful, and those fries they toss in with it? Addicting. The falafel is crispy on the outside, but soft and fresh on the inside, just like it should be. I spent about $15 for a shawarma pita and a side of fries, which is a steal considering the portion size. If you’re in the Loop and need something quick, tasty, and filling, Naf Naf’s got you covered. It’s fast, fresh, and always hits the spot.

I used to love naf naf grill. Even catered it once for my daughter’s birthday. But not sure what they did with the falafel now, it has no crunch . No texture. It’s like a dough ball . I m so disappointed. Tried twice before writing this review .
My wallet was stolen out of my purse while I was eating there with my son and his two small children. Time was 4:45pm on Friday, April 5, 2024. Restaurant had maybe 3 tables full and a few takeouts. We were sitting halfway between the entrance and the counter. BEWARE! I was told that it was notorious for this because it’s right by the entrance to the subway. I lost over $600 on credit cards within 5 minutes of the theft
This place has amazing vegan food! I love how fresh their falafels taste and the delicious lentil soup they serve at lunchtime. Kia and her team always provide outstanding customer service! Kia is always so friendly and kind to everyone.

We went inside and took a seat while placing a mobile order. But shortly after two Karen workers accosted us, telling us that we couldn't "just be sitting there," even after I showed them the screen which proved I was actively placing an order! We then left and went to the McDonald's across the street instead, where we got much better service. A nice homeless man opened the door for us, and the mobile deals were an excellent value.

Sat down in the lobby to place a mobile order here for food (was literally ordering food, just on my phone) and was told by a worker that I’m not allowed to just sit there and had to order food. Was just sitting down less than 2 minutes. Explained I was ordering food on my phone instead of the counter and decided to just walk out because of the audacity the worker had.

Walking through the mall, decided to try it- the bowl was so delicious! Got the chicken with rice and cucumber sauce- came with a warm pita to dip into the hummus… so tasty. My friend got the garlic sauce, and that was also really good. Highly recommend!!
Went in for an early lunch so was the only one to eat in. Quick service, tasty bowl of rice, chicken and falafel. The falafel had a very crispy shell and soft interior, perfect.
