Got through most of my food only to discover a hair tangled up in a bite I was just about to take. I feel bad because it was near the end of the meal, but I feel even worse because I probs lay ate another hair. Two stars because the manager refunded right away.

Not a great experience, food wasn’t made right and the manager was dry and seemed uninterested in any kind of interaction. Just order delivery then there’s no people to encounter.

Went to Nando’s today and had the boneless chicken breast with mac and cheese and fries — absolutely delicious! Nando’s never disappoints. Please open a location in Fort Worth, TX!

I have been going this place around 7-8 years but I think quality is going down with this place and brand as well.
I have ordered so many times but lately something is off.
Another thing they have a sign saying that please wait to be seated or see host but while we waiting there someone just passed us and ordered their food and cashier did not even realize it.
Probably i gotta take a break for a while

What happened to this place. The online order tool wouldn't work until I connected to the Wi-Fi, which you have to give your email to use. I am not sure if the cook was having an off day or what but their food has been on a major incline and today was the worst. I ordered a wrap and added avocado as I always do, and the avocado came out on the side, the chicken was chewy with fat in it and the fries were greasy, and I ordered the side of fries with the PERinaise and they didn't bring, so i had to go back. We even got their before the lunch rush. Highly Disappointed. Their portions keep shrinking and the price increasing.

I love Nando's. This one has the worst food and definitely the worst service. I don't believe the positive reviews! Go to the Nando's on Wabash. This one you have to seat yourself, order yourself, tip for I don't know why, get your own silverware and water, and eat your microwaved Chicken and cauliflower. The egg tart was bad too. Over $30!!!!

From beginning to end, the staff went above and beyond with their customer service. Josh the manager was very welcoming and told us all about their food options and variety of choices. The atmosphere was great and the food was superb! I’d recommend this spot to anyone and everyone to dine in or take out at.

Nando’s is one of my favorite places to eat! I dine in every chance I get and get takeout when I’m in a rush. But, hands down one of my comfort places!

Extremely Disappointed — Not Worth the Hype
I came to Nando’s with high expectations, especially having flown into Chicago and eager to try what I thought would be the original, flavorful peri-peri chicken experience. Unfortunately, the entire visit was a letdown.
First, the service — or lack thereof — was shocking. You’re essentially serving yourself. You grab your own utensils, your own drinks, and even find your own seat. You either order through an app that’s anything but intuitive or walk up to place your order in person. At that point, what exactly are the staff doing?
The staff seemed unsure of their roles and lacked direction — a reflection of poor management, possibly from the owner or whoever was supposed to be overseeing the floor (maître d’? Still trying to figure out if there even was one).
The food itself was mediocre at best. We ordered the peri-peri chicken — the main attraction — and while it wasn’t dry, it lacked the bold, authentic flavor I expected. The sauces were decent, but trying to pour them from those stubborn bottles was a challenge in itself. It honestly felt like everything was just… off.
To put it simply: this wasn’t worth the money, the time, or the effort. Definitely not the Nando’s experience I was hoping for. Won’t be returning

Great food, as any Nandos restaurant is. Clean, friendly staff, and plays good music.
