I work down the street and every time I come here the food is fresh , staff are funny , kind, and compassionate. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. These workers truly deserve a pay raise for how they go above and beyond. I hope the company is treating them right ! I even asked to use the restroom off the street (didn’t purchase anything) and they welcomed me - Hailey Ivy (159 N Sangamon suite 200) .

Besides Giordano's deep dish and Portillo cake shake this is our must go to place when we are in Chicago. Food is amazing, easy order system overall service is good and helpful, some locations staff a little different but overall really good.

Nando's is one of my favorite restaurants. I don't normally eat red meat, so chicken is a common protein in my diet. I get their medium-level spiciness sauce and their mashed potatoes are AMAZING! I always have my SHAZAM app open in the restaurant too because the music is fun and upbeat. I love the way it is decorated in there too. I have never been to the African continent, but if I ever get to go, Mozambique is on my list of countries to visit simply because of the peri peri spice.

Waited 30 minutes, no service. Got kicked out for a reason I can’t be told, wasn’t allowed to even order before I was kicked out. HORRIBLE PLACE, understaffed, disgusting food.

Very disappointed with the service at this place I walked in at 9:00pm they close at9:45 I eat at nandos all the time 2-3 times week cause I like the healthy options the have manager had a attitude he don’t have rice to fill my bowl order I said can I get like fries or anything else as a substitute. Mind you they were still open for another 45 mins before closing he flat out said NO . I come to the restaurant all the time and spend money POOR customer service as a manger or staff . It’s not my fault that you ran out of something and if that’s the case then offer something else as a replacement for my order . Nope nothing he was to busy trying to rush me out the door after today nandos west loop I’ll take my money else were .
