The customer service was weak. The girls working seemed to be having a bad day all round. Food was scotched.....Literally could not eat wings and had to cut off parts of burnt chicken? Atmosphere pretty good generally.

Strange experience (and I generally love Nando's). Walked in and the sign said to order at the counter. As we walked toward the counter, an employee held up his arms and told us to stop. We were directed to a table, then went to order. They had run out of bread, so no sandwiches or garlic bread. They were also out of cheese, so couldn't make a wrap. We ended up leaving without ordering.

Service was horrible. Took longer than it should have to be seated. The QR code to order wasn’t working. They had only 1 person at register, so took 10+ min to order. I get there, he tells me they “ran out of bread” so I can’t get the sandwich, a menu staple, so had to awkwardly find something else while ppl waiting behind me. Only thing I can get is the chicken breast (sandwich w/ out bread) and a side. I paid a little under $20 for a single chicken breast that was burnt and a small plate of mashed potatoes. They ran out of silverware as well. Could go next door to Chipotle and get double the food for half the price and similar quality - Recommendations - fix the service and make the portions bigger if you’re going to charge so much

They asked us, “Is dinner here?” We answered, “Yes.” After a while, he brought us a bag of food. He said that you cannot eat here. After I opened the bag, I found that what I ordered was incomplete. The manager’s behavior was not good, and the workers there treated him with disdain. I’t was a bad experience tonight we was so hungry but now I don’t feel good i think I will be last time at nando’

we arrive at 9am, I place the order and no one says anything to us, once the order is ready they give us a take-out order and tell us that we can't eat at the restaurant, that is to say they simply throw us out, it's really pathetic

The first Nandos I have had in the US, but (cheeky) Nandos are a core cultural icon in the UK and I am pleased to say that is just as good in the US. Decent scran quickly served in the usual Nandos style. Cheerful staff and the same ordering by table and app that you do in the UK. Only negative is the extra hot isn't as hot as the UK, but you can work around that with lashings of sauce.

Didn't try the food and there's no unsweetened drinks option other than water. No such thing as service as we have to place the order via the qr code & they just brought over the food.

Phenomenal food, phenomenal service. Fast and delicious. Jose is wonderful - he took great care of us and the food was ready quickly. They cook everything fresh to order on the grill. The restaurant has a great vibe inside with upbeat music. It is usually difficult to find high quality fast casual food with a wonderful dine-in experience. Highly recommend!

One note: when you order for pick up on the app it sometimes says it wont be ready for a long time (30-40 minutes) but it seems to cook time is actually 10 minutes. I think service is somehow faster when you are physically in the restaurant, even when ordering takeout on the app.

Had the half chicken meal with a side of peri Mac. Wife had the rainbow bowl. Both were top notch. This is a counter service joint where you order at the counter and delivered to table. Restaurant had a great vibe. Would definitely eat here again next time in

Always great chicken wings in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend the corn as sidedish.
