This is one of my favorite Nandos locations in Chicago. The food is always delicious and fresh. The employee Jaime is very warm and he always goes out of his way to satisfy every customer!! I look forward to his outstanding hospitality in every visit.

Absolute joke of a staff. No one moves with a purpose. Waited ONE HOUR JUST FOR A HALF CHICKEN DINNER. The place wasn’t even filled I don’t understand how it took them one hour for them to prepare my small order. I didn’t even pickup the food cause of how angry I was. Do not go here if you want good efficient service.

If you’re a chicken lover, Nando’s is the perfect spot for you! I highly recommend trying the 1/2 chicken with sides of Peri Chips and Portuguese Rice. For drinks, the Mango Limeade is a must-try. The chicken is tender and has a wonderful smoky flavor, and there are several sauce options to choose from. I love the convenience of ordering through a QR code and having the food brought directly to your table. The restaurant has lively, modern decor, which creates an enjoyable dining experience. It’s a great place to grab a bite with friends or family.

I’m echoing previous reviews regarding poor service, specifically some bad attitude from a manager. Someone in our party asked about an allergen they have. The manager was visibly annoyed that we would DARE to ask about an allergy. Seems ridiculous this guy works in food service and can’t handle being asked such a routine question.

Nando’s delivered exactly what I hoped - juicy and tender chicken packed with flavor and plenty of sauces to season with. The garlic bread was a great side as well. While the service was a bit slow, the staff was warm and welcoming and even threw in apps when orders ran late. Always a satisfying stop for flavorful chicken.

Liz was absolutely incredible. Her menu knowledge was a 10/10. The food was a 10/10. This was an excellent experience. We will definitely return to this location. The chicken was fresh and delicious.
Delivery through Uber eats was not good. Chicken had no sauce. The Brussels and Cauliflower were cooked to death. Not ordering from here again. The delivery quality was atrocious.

I have been standing here waiting for a pick up order for 10 minutes. No one has acknowledged me or noticed i am here. I am the only one in the restaurant. Lots of employees are talking and restocking. No one is acknowledging me. To their credit, I am probably invisible. If I hadnt already paid, I would just leave. what happened to this place
