We love going to this Nando's location. The food is always pretty great and quick, and it usually isn't too busy so you won't have trouble finding a good spot to dine in. The staff are nice and the location is very clean.

I ordered a spicy chicken Caesar wrap without red onions and they delivered it first without chicken… and then I stood and waited at the counter while my fixed food sat there for 7 minutes on the counter. Proceeded to watch the waiter pick it up and walked around the whole restaurant with it before coming back to give it to me. The final wrap had chicken but it also had red onions and two large pieces of cartilage.

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I had at here. The service was beyond poor—unprofessional, unorganized, and downright rude. I was kept waiting for over 40 minutes with no explanation or apology, and the staff seemed indifferent to my presence or concerns.
Their lack of basic customer service skills and outright ignorance was appalling. Instead of addressing the issue or even acknowledging the delay, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I expect better, especially in a customer-facing business.
Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
Parking: There is literally no parking at all here whatsoever
It’s usually really good but recently I ordered a bowl from this restaurant through DoorDash and they gave me the smallest chicken breast I’ve seen in a really long time. Kind of disappointed. Usually much better. Hopeful about next time.
The food here is absolutely incredible! I especially loved the lemon herb sauce—it added such a fresh and vibrant touch to the chicken. The interior design is also beautiful, with a cozy and exotic atmosphere.
Food is excellent! Hibiscus drink, fries, Mac n cheese, chicken, everything is high quality. Only dropped from five stars because it’s very pricey. But if you are down for $20 a plate then you will not go away disappointed.

I started eating Nandos a few years ago when I was working in West Loop - that location was great. I recently discovered there are a couple of location close to home so sometimes I come in for dinner to the Diversy location. The food is tasty, the people are pleasant, the place is clean, and the food is actually worth the money. The drink menu is surprisingly impressive.
I still don’t know if I should wait to be seated, order at the counter, or what - but either way the food always makes it to me somehow. The service is never terrible, but it is inconsistent. Either way, the place is winning in a lot of categories so I keep going back. No restaurant is perfect.
