Food was ok. Fries were cold, but they did remake them when asked. Staff really acted inconvenienced when we wanted to order at the counter. So we tried to use the table ordering system, but not all menu items were on it and we ended up ordering at counter anyways. Also it was blazing hot in there, maybe AC was broken. I already like Nandos so I will go again, but this location was having a tough day.

I have dined at this location many times and always have good experience.

Today Liz and Kody went above and beyond — from making sure food was not brought out when I was not at my table (I am a woman, by myself, and needed to use the restroom so I informed them and asked them not to bring food out if I am not there), and helping with minor mishaps even though they did not have to. They are also very patient with other customers.

I was apprehensive upon arriving at 6 pm on a Monday evening, only one one table w/people, two people in line for takeout. I received my sealed bag order and went to my hotel only to discover no utensils or napkins. I returned to the restaurant, they informed me that they had no utensils or napkins and recommended that I retrieve my order back at the hotel and return to eat in their dining room.
