Worst service ever . No accountability for anything. Sat down put order in through app got our food no cups drinks no silverware . At the counter did not have any cups or silverware. When waiter did finally have some in hands didn’t know what table he was looking for . Our waitress rude asked for some sauce was empty at the counter she said go find some at the other tables really worst experience

Juicy yummy and quick chicken when u are in a rush and in hunger. Lives their sides as well(Portuguese rice, broccoli roasted … yummmmm)

This is not tables service which they should tell you when they sit you, then we were waiting at the counter to order for too long, the cashier had zero personality, we ordered our food and drinks but drinks didn’t come until we went up to ask for the drinks

The service was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! We waited over 40 minutes for our food and when I notified the manager she told me that it was MY responsibility to say something rather than them taking accountability for their mistake. I feel like if they would’ve taken some sort of accountability, I would’ve gotten over it, but they decided to double and triple down on how it was my fault. All in all, a horrible experience and I would recommend staying far away from this place till they can get it together

You order on the app @ the table. Someone sat us & brought the food out. We went and got our own drinks, silverware & condiments.
We wanted Brussels sprouts but they weren't on the app. By the time we figured out no one was coming to answer menu questions, we gave up and ordered something else. The food was good though.

I feel like the hybrid ordering process of being a sit down but not sit down restaurant adds a lot of confusion and missteps along the way. Once you get the food it's great though
