I work in the area so I have been coming here for years. Today I ordered a kids meal to go and was threatened by the manager that moving forward kids meals will only be given to kids 12 and under. First of all, why is that a policy, and what does it matter? Second, I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location, and so have all my colleagues, who come here for lunch. Will definitely be finding somewhere else to go! Is this your way to upsell? I was told by the same lady two days ago to scan a QR code to place an order, why not today 🤷‍♂️ Something is certainly wrong here.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. Every time I place an order here, something is missing from my meal. This has happened more than once — in fact, this is the second time this month.
I’m not even going to bother calling to complain, because that would mean having to return to the same location just to get what was left out again. At this point, I’ll simply take my business elsewhere. It’s frustrating to pay for a full order and never receive it correctly.

The quality of my food was shocking, I ordered my food through uber eats spent $70 and was NOT worth it at all. Chicken was soggy, portions were not even big enough for one person, and they didn’t even send us our extra sauce. We spoke to the manager, Henry he still tried to gaslight us by saying we didn’t order sauce. You can clearly see in the receipt they “checked” off the receipt as if it was in the bag, and it wasn’t. Instead of taking customer feedback serious he just tried to brush it off as if he didn’t even care. NEVER ordering from here again, such a shame that the quality of the food there is not what it used to be. Save your money.

Went Friday morning but just now remembered to leave a review for the exceptional service Vicky offered:

She was running around the entirety of our stay but was tremendously attentive and patient as it was our first time. Their ordering style was quick and easy- you can either order with the QR code or at the register. Vicky gave us time to review the menu before suggesting her favorites (everything she recommended was gold). We liked ordering online since there are pictures for everything on the menu

We have to get our own utensils and serve our own drink as they are partially self-serve, but I really enjoyed the variety the sauce bar had

Our new favorite restaurant in the city, thank you to Vicky and her kind, bubbly personality. Customer service at its finest!

Highly recommend the peach lemonade poncha, vino verde, naughty natas, chips+ranch, and the thigh skewers😋😋😋

Nando’s Peri-Peri in the South Loop serves up really good chicken, flavorful, juicy, and right to the point. The sides and sauces complement it well, and the service was quick and efficient. The only downside was that the skin on the chicken was a bit burnt, which took away from an otherwise great meal. Still, definitely worth a visit if you’re craving solid peri-peri chicken in the city.

Really enjoyed lunch here today. We had the Rainbow Bowl with halloumi, selected by my son who is vegetarian. We paired our bowl with the berry iced tea, which was also light and very good. Our seat near the window gave lovely views of the city. Definitely would visit this location for lunch again.
