Checked my bag and there was a missing side

Walked back to the counter only to be told they were out of it

I had to then ask for a refund and got it back in cash when I paid by card

Waited around for that when I purposely did pick up for ease

This is probably my favorite location that I have visited in Chicago. Unlike other locations they actually get the food correct although sometimes the quality is less than consistent. The service is also decent. Nice change of pace in south loop.

I absolutely love Nando’s—it’s one of my all-time favorite spots and I’m always excited to come back. The food at this location was just as delicious as ever, but I did notice the tables were a bit sticky and the bathroom could use a little more attention. I only mention it because I care about the Nando’s experience being great all around. Can’t wait for my next visit!
