Nando’s is probably my favorite restaurant in the entire world. I first discovered it in London and come every time I am in Chicago since they aren’t on the west coast. Food is not quite as good as Nando’s in the UK, but the service is always top notch. The staff always makes you feel welcome and checks in on you. I love ordering via the QR code. Feels casual but still a great atmosphere to eat in.

Very Disappointed This was by far the worst Nando’s experience I’ve had. The customer service was shockingly poor—rude, inattentive, and dismissive. The overall environment was also uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I would not recommend anyone spend a dime here. There are much better locations that actually care about their customers.

Ordered through the website at 1153. Picked up at 1231. Noticed that as I waited in the dining room for 20-25 minutes. There was only food completed for dine in customers. I’m ok waiting for my order, but it seems that the food had been completed closer to the time of placing the order and it was just never packed until closer to 1231. I checked in the with front staff that I was awaiting the order and was told that it’ll just be a few minutes. Then again I did so several minutes later with the same answer. Food was cold upon pickup. Manager at the time did not allow re fire.

Nando’s is the only place I’ll go for grilled chicken. It is always perfectly cooked, the sauces are fantastic. I get the half chicken, peri peri chips and highly recommend both. My wife absolutely loves the rainbow bowl.

Waited at the table for 15 mins before they told me I needed to walk up and order. After ordering, waited another 10 mins for cold food, no utensils or napkins and they forgot my drink. When I asked for utensils or napkins I was told they were in the back and I could grab them myself. Food was cold, fries were stale and the sandwich was dry. Will never come here again.
