Texture of the pizza was alright but it’s flavorless and all the cheese falls right off. The girl working the counter is nice but you can’t eat inside and all the tables and chairs are covered in caution tape and are stacked up. I highly don’t recommend even though the slices are big at 3.50$ a slice. One nice thing is that there are no steps to get inside for a wheelchair unlike some of the other businesses. Also note the bathroom isn’t something customers can use.

For starters, they are very expensive. I have been a loyal customer for years and I’m good and loyal customer for years. I always tip the drivers whenever they get it delivered today which is Thursday, November 7. I ordered a pizza I went to go pick it up. They were about to sell it my order they said that I took too long, like I said I’ve been a customer for years. and I tried to stay local in the neighborhood. I’m never ordering from here again. They just lost a good and loyal customer.

The phone girl always has an attitude, called to order had my ear piece in and she claimed I had on speaker phone. She can never hear!! This isn’t the first time, this is just one of many. Get her a better phone or a girl with manners

The quality of the food had gone down. When I received my order my Pizza was not even hot nor warm. It was like room temperature. I get better quality in pizza if I'd had went to Pizzanos. Will not return

Naples have been a staple in the back of the yard community for decades with some of the best pizza, burgers, and fries you can find around. I'm here at least twice a week for lunch, the staff there are very nice.

I understand that the economy is bad and inflation is at an all time high but this place is cutting corners and the quality of the food is not what it used to be. You pay $20 for a pizza and there’s more sauce than toppings. I ordered some buffalo wings and you might as well give me some buffalo bones. The wings were so tiny and overcooked. Prices go up and quality goes down. After 20+ years of ordering from Naples, I’m finally done!
