When ordering for pick up, itâs usually around 29 minutes and delivery 1 hour. I called and was told itâs was busy so pick up would be twice as long. I changed my mind and they informed me it would be 1hr & 40 minutes which I was okay with. Itâs the weekend. I waited 2 hours and asked for an update. They blamed me for not giving phone number when that should be their job. In occasions when I call for pick up for family they would always ask and know the address attached to number so idk what gives. I asked if the hotdogs could be remade since I donât know how long theyâve been sitting out and I donât want my youngest sibling to get sick. That cause me to wait another 1hr. Called again and was told yet again that I didnât provide number. Driver had the wrong number and i never got a call. Driver was also at the wrong house and my neighbor was the one who noticed the car (neighborhood watch) since I told her about the interaction with Naryâs. Hotdogs were remade as I hoped. I was told that the pizza sauce was better but I wouldnât know if the slightly warm pizza was any different.
I had gave grace with the timing at first but with the extra hour wait, slightly warm pizza, twice being told that I didnât provide my number and my neighbor having to be the one called me led to the 1 star service.

the pricing is good but the food isnât matching how good the place looks. the pizza is very much greasy . not only is it greasy! but the cheese is so thick i donât know what brand they use but they need to change it asap. the taste is giving so much of a pizza taste it has been the nastiest pizza i ever had . the mozzarella sticks are chewy , i couldnât even swallow one! the sauce to the mozzarella had no flavor! the one thing i got that had flavor was the cheese for my cheese fries! i would never eat this again or never recommend.
