When ordering for pick up, it’s usually around 29 minutes and delivery 1 hour. I called and was told it’s was busy so pick up would be twice as long. I changed my mind and they informed me it would be 1hr & 40 minutes which I was okay with. It’s the weekend. I waited 2 hours and asked for an update. They blamed me for not giving phone number when that should be their job. In occasions when I call for pick up for family they would always ask and know the address attached to number so idk what gives. I asked if the hotdogs could be remade since I don’t know how long they’ve been sitting out and I don’t want my youngest sibling to get sick. That cause me to wait another 1hr. Called again and was told yet again that I didn’t provide number. Driver had the wrong number and i never got a call. Driver was also at the wrong house and my neighbor was the one who noticed the car (neighborhood watch) since I told her about the interaction with Nary’s. Hotdogs were remade as I hoped. I was told that the pizza sauce was better but I wouldn’t know if the slightly warm pizza was any different.
I had gave grace with the timing at first but with the extra hour wait, slightly warm pizza, twice being told that I didn’t provide my number and my neighbor having to be the one called me led to the 1 star service.

the pricing is good but the food isn’t matching how good the place looks. the pizza is very much greasy . not only is it greasy! but the cheese is so thick i don’t know what brand they use but they need to change it asap. the taste is giving so much of a pizza taste it has been the nastiest pizza i ever had . the mozzarella sticks are chewy , i couldn’t even swallow one! the sauce to the mozzarella had no flavor! the one thing i got that had flavor was the cheese for my cheese fries! i would never eat this again or never recommend.
Staff was awesome! Food was delicious!!I had to take one star off cuz they gave me the smallest beef ever!!!!!! And for the price.... NahhhhhhBut I'll definitely order again!!!!!!

We love the pizza. The thin crust pizza is exactly what Chicago thin crust should be. Crispy with the right amount of crunch and corn meal. And the edges are perfect, not burnt but puffy and crunchy. The sauce is tasty and generous amount of cheese and the sausage is to die for. The perfect traditional Chicago pizza. My family was here when the city was built, I had a lot of pizzas. This is one of the best pizza I've had. We absolutely love it. You have to get your pizza on here. You must.!!!

We love the pizza. The thin crust pizza is exactly what Chicago thin crust should be. Crispy with the right amount of crunch and corn meal. And the edges are perfect, not burnt but puffy and crunchy. The sauce is tasty and generous amount of cheese and the sausage is to die for. The perfect traditional Chicago pizza. My family was here when the city was built, I had a lot of pizzas.
