I'm very satisfied right now. It was my first coming here August 10, 2023 and the cashier was so helpful and friendly. Also my first time trying vegan food and I must say I'm very impressed on how delicious it was. Definitely coming here again. Highly recommend!
Native Foods is my go-to for vegan fast food. Everything I have had there has been good, and the price is pretty reasonable. It certainly does not have the most healthy options, but for a quick burger, wrap or other typical fast food item, it can't be beat in Chicago.
Stopped in for some dinner after a Cubs game and literally everything we ordered was awesome! We had a few people in our group that didn't follow a plant-based diet, and they were blown away by how good their food was. Native Foods is one of the easiest five-star recommendations I think I've made in a while.
The food is still 5 stars, but the service leaves much to be desired.Dinner delivery (same day): I ordered here twice in one day. The first delivery person dropped my food off at the door and left without ringing my doorbell the first time. The second time, he gave it to someone else in the building and she had to come back downstairs after reading the bag to confirm it wasn't her order. (She was waiting on a separate order and had to look for her delivery person.) Neither delivery person rang my bell to even consider giving it to the right person. The delivery people need to actually care who gets the food! The nachos and cauliflower poppers are amazing, but the delivery service is about as bad as I thought the in-restaurant service was in 2016.Lunch delivery (same day): I read my 2016 review on another platform, and I clearly didn't enjoy eating in there. I'm hoping the service and atmosphere have improved since then. But it's been seven years so I'm off that grudge I apparently had against this location.I went downtown recently, and I had a taste for Native Foods after not eating it for several years. The only location I knew of was on Clark Street, and the service there was pretty good. It hit the spot, and now I want "in" again.I'd never had the chicken, bacon and avocado club sandwich, so I figured I'd try something other than what I used to buy ALL the time. I ordered online via Grubhub to this location. Although I'm a little annoyed that the delivery guy just left my order on the ground without ringing my bell or even calling/texting, the food was packaged pretty well. More importantly though, it was AMAZING.I could never recommend eating at Native Foods regularly because the sodium intake is bonkers. This sandwich was 1,980 mg of sodium. The fries are 780 mg of sodium. Still, if you eat here sparingly, it's worth the price and all the salt. Although I've been a vegetarian for 18 years, my guess is this (along with two other restaurants I love to recommend) would make you at least reevaluate eating less meat and give a vegan or vegetarian item a shot.
I got the glazed and confused it was fantastic. I have missed this place. Also some beignets it sucks they had no oatmeal pies those always were the cherry on top. I'll return again tomorrow to see if they have it since its so close to Wrigley
The food was wonderful as always but the experience was made a million times better because of the wonderful service provided by Ray who took our orders, they were incredibly cool, friendly and helpful!!
I actually love this restaurant. With that being said, the Philly Cheese steak is definitely a no go. It taste like your aunt, that don't know how to cook, turkey and gravy. The Philly Cheese Steak lacked flavor.
We stopped by while waiting for a flight and I'm glad we did! I got the cauliflower po' boy, my husband got the BBQ brisket burger, and my sister got the BBQ chicken salad. There was a misunderstanding over my sister's nut allergy and the staff quickly fixed it. We wish there were more locations around the country so everyone has access to it!
It amazing to eat here the workers always have a smile on their face and also they got my order in a quickly manor.. also want to thank Fabian and Dennis for suggest the perfect meal to eat!!!!I am coming here again ?
Kid-friendliness: Amazing on how they bring the food to us and good recommendations

It's so hit or miss here! The desserts and sweet potato fries are always good...but the seasonal menu is so iffy. I had the cauliflower bowl today and it was soggy and wet and disgusting. No flavor, no rhyme or reason to it, and super pricey. My bowl had six pieces of cauliflower for almost $14 which is wild for something that was so gross. But then occasionally they have tacos or other seasonal things that are good. I want to love it but it's just often soooo bad and the consistency issues really bug me. It's also impossible to make informed decisions when every time I ask the people who work there what they eat and they say they don't....should be my first clue.
So freaking good. The best wrap I've ever had, not even a joke. It's sad how quiet the inside is though, doesn't look that busy usually but the food is always amazing. I guess that's my fault for ordering take away!
This place is great for vegan "junk food"--huge burgers and delicious fries! Very filling. I always complete my meal with their lavender lemonade and oatmeal creme pie!
