***BUYER BEWARE*** It is mostly always our own people that let us down. I come from about an hour away to support local Mexican own business on the 26th street corridor. Natys pizza is good but not good enough for the trouble to get a simple “family size” pepperoni pizza. The first time they messed my order was when I called in to place an order they told me my total was close to $30 for a “party size” pepperoni pizza. When I arrived I am assuming that it was a different person in the counter she said my total was $19 I asked her if it was for the party size and she said no my order was a “Large” pizza. I said okay mistakes are of humans and I took the L and it was good pizza. Today I decided to give them a second chance and the result was worse. I called in to place an order for a family size. When I arrived they said they didn’t have my order, the two female workers acted clueless. They suggested I called the wrong number and I showed them otherwise they said they didn’t have anything. Didn’t show any concern instead laughed with the cooks. Pizza nova has fallen in quality but they make it up by their customer service. At no point did any of the two female workers try to make it right by offering to have it made. Even said that they don’t know who took the order. Like what??? I would have still paid for it. Even suggested that I had order it too long ago. It had just been an hour. The workers leave a bad after taste. After telling the workers that if they didn’t have it then it was fine all I got was an “ok”. Not sure if they get paid enough but every customer deserves to be treated with respect. Will never buy from here again.

I liked my dining experience there. Good atmosphere. The food is good. The people that wait on you are nice. It is a good small place to meet and go to get something to eat and relax.
Kid-friendliness: I saw some kids there excited, waiting for their food. They were sitting together at one table.

They are so rude I use to love going to this place back then but not anymore they are really disrespectful and like to rob people if you go to buy food and ask to use the washroom they say it's not for the "public"yet I'm buying food so what's the difference the delivery driver wanted to tip him self and one time we send my little brother and they over charged him and didn't give him all his items.would recommend nova

Very disappointed in whoever answers the phone! My family orders from this place at least a few times a month (which is a lot for a large family in this economy) but we like to support local Mexican owned restaurants & community. A majority of my family are Muslims and do not eat pork. We were sent a pizza with pork sausage and when we called to rectify the situation the woman on the phone insisted it was our fault for not specifically saying we DO NOT eat pork, thought the fact that we ordered Italian beef was enough. Two of my sisters were sick when they realized what they ate. The woman offered to send our correct order ONLY if we sent back the half eaten pizza. Been in the food industry for over 10 years…if you make a mistake, apologize and fix it. Unfortunately we’ll be taking our hard earned money elsewhere.
