I was driving to a friend’s house and searched for the best bakery or pastry shop along the way. Nazareth Sweets came up as the best reviewed shop in the area. I noticed online that they had a freshly baked array of baklava, kunafa and other middle eastern desserts. When I got there, the staff were super welcoming and friendly. They guided us through the options they had in store and were very accommodating as we were purchasing the sweets for a special occasion. This was some of the best service I have ever received in a long time and if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be back! Lilliana, Juan and Fernando were all very nice and kind :)

The nicest people we've ever encountered! They gave us an opportunity to try a couple of things so we could decide what to fill our custom box in. We learned they make their philo dough in house and you can taste the quality in their desserts. After we purchased our custom box and a Dubai chocolate heart, they gifted us a few extra treats to try! We will definitely stop back again!

I’m in NY and ordered baklava on DoorDash for my best friend’s birthday in Chicago. The menu looked a little confusing, so I called the bakery directly to make sure everything was correct. Khalil immediately reassured me, said they’d take care of it, and even upgraded and beautifully packaged the order without me asking. He was so kind, appreciative that I pointed out the DoorDash issue, and promised to follow up with them right away. The customer service was truly exceptional. Their baklava is delicious, their presentation is beautiful, and their service goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be ordering again and visiting in person the next time I’m in Chicago.
