I never write bad reviews, but I don’t pay to be treated poorly by the manager/cashier. Have been coming here since it opened and always had good experiences. She was so inconsiderate and rude. I’m very disappointed. Francisca P would definitely benefit from basic customer service classes.

For my third review of 2024, I will begin here I have gone passed this location on several occasions. I do miss Sbarro's. There was one in the Brickyard Mall. I was on lunch from work so I decided to walk here. It didn't disappoint. Greeted immediately, friendly staff so much positive engery. The ambiance was relaxed, with comfortable seats, very relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the 2 slice combo, one of the best pizzas I have had, served hot and delicious. I am glad I stopped in. I will be back soon. Thank you Sbarro. Till next time.

Visited the restaurant today for lunch and was blown away by the cleanliness, the variety of items that were ready to go, and honestly, just how good evening was presented. The staff was also very knowledgeable of the menus questions I had and helped me decide what to order. I will definitely be coming in more often for a quick and affordable lunch. Been getting here for a while but for some reason some lady on the phone seems to not understand that is not okay to say someone's card information out in the open and she had me repeat it several times and wanting all of my information on top of that like what kind of person needs my area code as well as the three digits and then apparently she said she's the manager which I didn't buy when I needed to speak to one

I had placed an order for 2 alfredo pastas WITH breadead chicken parmasean. Me and my boyfriend called back 2 minutes later to add 2 bottled sodas to which the lady on the phone said we could add. We got our food and received no drinks. Our driver said they barely placed the order after receiving our food. When we opened our food, we realized there was NO chicken or any kind of meat on our pasta. I called back to see what we could do about TWO of our issues with our order to which another lady answered the phone with an attitude and said that adding our drinks was not possible. That our drinks were not added. She kept talking over me while i tried to ask about the chicken missing from our pasta. She said to hold on one second and hung up on me. This Sbarro is very unprofessional and unprepared. I don’t recommend!
