The paletas are some of the best in Chicago and the staff is generally friendly. Some of them speak limited English so it helps to know a bit of Spanish.

Everything this place sells is delicious!!! Great service each time I’ve visited. Any bad reviews are probably fake and are from the place a few doors down. Sad they submit “bad reviews” to try to steer business their way. Sun comes out for everybody, just have to step up their game.

This is my usual to-go spot but they purposely up-charged me. I asked for m&m topping on my ice cream and they charged $3 FOR 8 m&m pieces. And this is not about the money or being cheap, this is simply about taking advantage of your customers. I asked her about it and she tried to play it off. I will not be supporting this business anymore.

I like this Ice cream shop, alot of goodie's. According to sites they are open but they have a giant plastic sealing window and door. Not sure if they are closed for good. If they are thats to bad they had some good ice cream selection and goodies.
