Coming in to the restaurant our interaction was pleasant, my party of 4 was welcomed in and seated almost immediately. On the other hand, our server Patty was not very pleasant as she was not attentive. At the very beginning we felt a bit rushed when ordering our drinks but brushed it off and just all asked for waters. She continued to portray a bit of an attitude and seemed almost bothered to have to take our orders and also when we asked questions about the menu/a substitution. It feels as though she could use more hands on training with customer interactions + communication, checking in with the table she is waiting on, etc. Not sure if she only had an issue with my group because she seemed to check up on other tables every now and then but didn’t stop by our table once asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. She only gave us our food at the beginning, refilled my friends water cups (only after they had to ask her after seeing her refill the people next to us), and at the end to give us our check. It’s understandable when a restaurant is busy but we have never experienced this sort of service before. The owner on the other hand was such a polite and understanding person when we explained our experience dinning with him. He was the one who sat us down in the beginning and checked us out as we paid. Overall the restaurant was welcoming and food was good. I’m just not sure about returning soon due to the server.

We were there for breakfast on feb.21/2026. Our server Mireya M. Was superb i had questions about the steak and she delivered (Thankyou Mireya for your great service).It was our first time here my husband had chilaquiles rojos with eggs, and let me say he cleaned that plate completely and I literally say completely. My friend had the Mediterranean Benedict and loved it. I had the skirt steak medium and eggs, I have never in my life tasted such good steak. I finished my steak for the first time. We we'll be coming back 4 sure. I was to excited to eat my steak that I forgot to take pics. See you soon!

Had an excellent lunch date! Our server was the best super attentive and helpful with the menu. We wanted to share food and order random stuff and she was super helpful, bringing out more plates, having the kitchen split the burger, couldn't recommend this place enough!

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about a disappointing experience at the Gordon Ramsay Burger Chicago location. I spent approximately $135 expecting a premium dining experience that matches the Gordon Ramsay brand. Unfortunately, what I received fell far below that standard. The burger was served cold, which is unacceptable at any restaurant—especially one positioned as high-end. On top of that, we were never offered refills, and service overall felt inattentive and careless. Paying premium prices only to receive cold food and poor service is frustrating and frankly embarrassing for a restaurant of this reputation. This was not a minor inconvenience. When customers choose Gordon Ramsay Burger, they are paying for quality, consistency, and professionalism. None of those expectations were met during my visit. I am reaching out because I believe this experience warrants acknowledgment and compensation. I would appreciate a response explaining how this situation will be addressed and what will be done to make this right. I really don't recommend the Idiot Burger and the Sweet Potato Fries. The fries were not crisp but mushy, and the burger was subpar.

Lovely restaurant with a good vibe. Family friendly. Burgers were pretty darn good - i just wish the price included fries which you have to order separately. Kids menus were good value except the kids shake was too small for older children. Overall a great experience and one we wanted to tick off our wish list.

Similar to many other recent reviews, we went here for a late lunch. This wasn't our first time, but will be our last. It took approximately 10 mins to get greeted at our table; we placed our food order with our drinks and it took about 45 mins to come out, 3 burgers and 1 salad. The restaurant had many open tables, ironically. A few burgers were cold - we could see them sitting under the heat lamp. Server never came by to give an update on delay. Food and price did not make it worthwhile and I think Gordon wld be disappointed.

Walked in and half the tables were empty with used plates from the last people that ate. Right away, something told me to leave but I was with my son and his friends and they just got out the pool and very hungry. Took them over 50 min for a 4 burger order. Our first waitress took our drink and food order as soon as we sat down and never came back to check up or give us an update on our order. They changed the waitress on us with no explanation. New waitress said there was an issue with the grill, but we were facing the grill and kept on seeing the cook put in buns to toast. They did try to bring us some nachos but we refused. Although the manager took care of the bill after our new waitress strongly recommended us to speak with the manager. I asked the manager what happened and she does not know. First and last time we go. Based on this experience I would never go/recommend anyone to a Gordon Ramsay North America restaurant. Very poorly managed restaurant.
Best burger in Chicago. In fact, really the best burger I have ever had. My husband and I had the Blue Cheese burger and our daughter had the Veggie burger. We all loved our food and our fries. Ordered a mixed drink that was excellent too. The manager stopped by twice to check on us to see how we were doing. Highly recommend Gordon Ramsay Burger for a casual dinner or lunch!!

We tried this because it was close to the hotel and expected great food! Took an hour get our food and it was only mid. My burger was cold and overdone. $300 for the family of 6 felt way over priced. Adding $7 for fries really stacks up!
