I had a great experience at New China 2 on Western Avenue. The food is always amazing and full of great taste, specially prepared with care. My orders are always ready on time when I arrive. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and communicates well with a smile. The customer service is excellent, and the quality never disappoints. Highly recommended for delicious Chinese food!

That woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not organize orders properly everything is completely mixed up. I waited for a long time while people who came after me were already served and left. When I calmly explained the situation, she started yelling at me and told me to go talk to the cook instead of doing her job. She treats customers differently, which is unacceptable. I am a regular customer and I like the food here, but her behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and inappropriate. She needs to learn how to communicate with customers properly.

When I say this was the worse Chinese food I ever had !!! Thee worst I never thought Chinese food would taste this bad ! Rice had noooo flavor at all I spit it out . The noodles was overrr fat n flavorless . Like they let the noodles sit in water over night ! Don’t waste ya time nor money . NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL !!!! I ordered via Grubhub and placed an order for a small Combination Chop Suey ( chicken,beef and shrimp) *** only 2 shrimp in the entire entree, 1 small Combination Triple Family (beef chicken, shrimp) *** also only 2 shrimp in the dish ??? 1 order 6 pc Pot stickers and 1 small Wonton Soup. I was dissappointed as the food was very bland and not much flavor, the Wonton soup was just flavorless filled dumplings with a few slivers of BBQ pork and a few scallions floating, the Chop Suey and Triple Family was just veggies and the meat might as well been the same dish with just the addition of bean sprout and baby corn for the Chop suey.
The pot stickers were thick and again the filling was flavorless. For almost $50 I could have done better. Additionally they did not send any napkins or spoons or forks and I requested utensils....I got 6 packs of soy sauce and 3 fortune cookies. Not at all worth the price or the extra fees associated. I ordered around 8:15pm so maybe I got scraps from the day or a lackluster or tired cook either way not a good impression for my first and last time ordering from this establishment. 😔

Food was great. We got cashew chicken and shrimp egg foo young combination plates. Rice was more flavorful than most places we have tried, which was a nice surprise. Both our dishes were delicious. Soup included at no extra charge. Egg rolls were also delicious, and fresh. There is a $2 upcharge if you order after 3 pm. Several tables to sit at. It may get crowded during the school year since it's right across the street from Lane Tech.

Hidden treasure. I’ve ordered delivery here several times and today picked up my food. This is the cutest, cleanest little spot hidden on western. Food has always been consistent - I’ve ordered the egg rolls, fried wontons and moo shu pork probably dozen times and they are always tasty. Also for how expensive everything is now I feel like the price is worth the food.
