Totally disgusting roach n rodent infestedplace filthy Place ! I asked the Greek lady if she seen the baby rat that ran by she said oh that's harry he don't eat much ! What ? Roaches crawling up and down toaster one time to many ! And she had nerve to ask me to pay first ? Whó would want to pay at all after seeing Ellie Mays critters ! Ridiculous prices and a total dump needs to be closed for good !

Finally stopped in after walking past many times. Burger and pancakes were great. Nothing fancy, just tasty, fresh-cooked food. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Not many places like this left. Note: if you’re like me and often dine out later in the day, they close at 6 most days, so don’t try to come for a late dinner.

If you crave a no-frills dining experience, this is your place! I took a book, ordered a patty melt and had a pleasant time chatting with the staff while my food was prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed the patty melt. The prices were reasonable and the food was great.

I just left the establishment and A LOT has changed. The food used to be great and the service was awesome at one point. Today I walked in to order something, and the lady told me I had to pay upfront or they couldn’t even fix the meal! I haven’t been in this place in over 2 years. I used to be able to sit here and pay afterward and also a few times in the past that I’ve ordered at the cash register. They went ahead and made the meal and then I paid for it. .The lady was very short with me and downright dismissive and rude, but cook was very nice , so I just took the takeout menu and left , im guessing due to the circumstances in the neighborhood,( a large homeless population?) it has gotten to the point where not only you’re not even talked to in a respectful manner you are rudely dismissed! I was taught to treat people with courtesy and respect . Little do they know , Im financially fit enough not only to buy a meal I could probably rent the place !! Sad???
