Don't judge a book by its cover. The parking lot and outside look kind of rundown, but their food is spectacular!!! Ribtips, bean soup, and fries!!! I travel to Niles weekly for work... I always go to Nick's at least once. Mainly carryout, but you can sit and eat. Fast food environment, but far better quality compared to fast food.

Very sold set up inside with dated tight booths. The people working there are nice. The food was good except for one thing. We ordered Italian beef, a burger, and a chicken kabob plate. I got Greek potatoes with the kabob plate, big mistake. They were the absolute worst Greek potatoes I have ever had. They were complete mush and spicy. I have never ever had spicy Greek potatoes. My grandmother is rolling over in her grave hearing that Greek potatoes are made spicy. Everything else was ok.
Been here a handful of times for the Homemade Gyros.. on a recent visit I noticed the Gyros "spit" was cone shaped just like all the other places that use Kronos, devanco etc. I swear their Gyros spits always looked different and that's what pictures here on Google show when you do a search.. Are they no longer making their own Gyros? It tasted just like every other Gyros in town. Hope they can answer. Sandwich was average at best.
