All I know is everytime I order from Nick's my food is always good, it's one of the few places I don't worry about my order being wrong and it's good portions. So I had to show some love and I hope Nick's keeps up the good work frfr.
Great Gyro, But the Area is Sketchy
I had to stop by Nick's in the Hood for a gyro before leaving Chicago, and I’m glad I did! The gyro was absolutely fire—It was definitely worth the stop.
However, the area felt a bit sketchy. On the way out, our Uber driver even warned us to grab our food and leave quickly, saying it wasn’t a good neighborhood and that we, as a couple, might stand out. That was a bit unsettling, but it didn’t...

The food was tasty. The service was fast. The store has booths to sit in but the environment and some customers are far from classy. Has parking where cars are in and out. There is a beauty supply store and other stores in the same strip. Busy street. I will try the pizza which looked to be tasty next time.
