I just had the worst experience ever as a customer in any establishment . The manger which is on the Register now named Roxanna is the most disrespectful person in customer service!!

My first time purchasing food here and I spent $40 and left a $4 tip because the cashier was nice. I got home and the two Philly cheeses steaks were dry and had a burnt taste to the onions. I called the manager today and to complain. Those steaks are $10 each and they were dry and tasted bad. He said they only put mushrooms, onions, green peppers and cheese on their Philly cheese steaks. He wasn’t rude but he was dry like those steaks.
