A good place with good breakfasts. The food and service in the cafe in this place is very good. It is so delicious. The service was very friendly and sociable. They mixed up the order once, but it was quickly changed and they apologized. Prices that won't shock you. Delivery works well, they bring it in quickly, the delivery guy is outgoing and cheerful. This place has positive reviews for a reason.

Really disappointed- the other reviews were good but our butterscotch apple pasty casserole was badly burnt on the bottom, the yogurt parfait said it came with fresh fruit but was literally just yogurt and granola and the owner seemed completely uninterested in helping us. It was an unfortunate experience between the bad food and the bad service- had it been one or the other I would have let it go but considering it was both I felt I needed to give a review.

From the moment you enter that place they give you a comfortable feeling. Very warm stuff, it is a nice restaurant to hang out with friends or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, talented chef, honest cost and generous service. Warmly recommended.

The staff is wonderful, caring, skilled, and responsive. One of the most energetic, most fashionable coffee spots in town. It's not cheap, it's always busy, especially for brunch, but they always deliver to the highest standard, everything is top-notch!

I love Nilly Cafe! I work in the building, so I like to go there to treat myself during breakfast or lunch or to grab a coffee with a coworker. My go-to is a turkey, egg, and cheese croissant or an egg scramble. They have a lot of good seating and I really love being able to support an independent business when otherwise surrounded by lots of corporate chains. The food is homemade and unique unlike other places nearby, which is refreshing for the Loop! The staff is super sweet and helpful. Nilly is definitely worth a visit!

Visited Chicago for a short time due to a conference, and even though I didn’t have much time to try new places, I found myself at Nilly’s 2x. I had baked goods both times and I could definitely tell that these were make from scratch and not store bought. The muffins were large and amazing, the coffee was good too. An additional plus is that the location is prime for people watching. If I am ever in Chicago again, I’ll be visiting for sure.
