I bought the family dinner. The ribs are tender but there is no smoke ring so either they were baked or grilled and then baked. The chicken was good. The brisket did not have a smoke ring. The shredded pork was definitely baked and very bland.Sided were very good. I had the sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese. Expensive.
The ribs are truly tender and the mac and cheese is cheesy. The only problem is they don't cook in large quantities. They run out of food way too fast.
They open at 10:30 or 11:00 a.m. and by 2 pm they have no more ribs. I once went at about 3:30-4 p.m. and they were closing. The owner said they were sold out. Now that's sort of a good thing but, if you open at 11 a.m. and closing at 4 p.m. on a regular basis, you not cooking enough food or maybe they've...
