We recently visited Nisos Prime for a double date with another couple, and it was a truly exceptional dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt sophisticated and energetic—perfect for a celebratory night out. Our server, Shane B., was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the extensive wine list, offering great recommendations (we enjoyed both the Kir-Vianni and the Mersel Lebnani), and paced our four-person meal perfectly. The food was the real highlight. We centered our dinner around the incredible 32oz Dry Aged Porterhouse, which was cooked to perfection and easily one of the best steaks we've had in Chicago—definitely worth the splurge! For appetizers, the Crispy Octopus was tender and unique, and the Pasta Agnolotti was a standout. We finished with the Espresso Trifle and a Gelato Trio, which provided the perfect sweet ending. While it is certainly a high-end experience (our total bill reflected that!), the quality of the food, the sophisticated atmosphere, and the top-tier service made it completely worth it. We highly recommend Nisos Prime and will certainly be back for our next special occasion.
Great date night spot, all the food was great, service is 10/10, great drinks. We will be back
Delicious food and amazing ambiance. My husband got the steak for $80 some dollars and it was almost raw in the middle when he ordered medium rare. Other than that the Caesar salad, my steak frites, the drinks and dessert were fantastic. Would return but perhaps order something else. It was also quite pricey. We walked out of there for two people spending $400+
Nisos is such an amazing place to spend an evening!! I went for my birthday, and the staff made the night so special for my friends and me. Our server, Shalease, was one of the most educated and charismatic people I have ever been served by. He was such a wonderful person!!! Definitely worth it to go!!
Absolutely loved Nisos! The food was delicious, reasonably priced and the service was impeccable. Will be returning for sure.
Such a beautiful aesthetic!! My steak was perfectttt I had the 8oz filet mid rare and the char on the outside was just perfect! My man got the 10oz bone in and he loved it. I got king crab topping and it was so buttery and tender! Our server was so great, admittedly I suck with names but he was so vibrant and friendly and he told us about the cute gay bars to go after and good brunch recs the next day. (We are from Atlanta) it was a great time, great food, Caymus bottle was half off, ugh loved it!!
Food was better before the menu was changed, overall food was very bland. The big meatball was very undercooked. However, the drinks and truffle fries are good. Server's assistants were very kind and efficient.
For a Mediterranean steakhouse, our experience was very underwhelming our server. Shanice was very kind, exceptional even but I had to send back my steak due to it being overcooked and dry, and the other food, which is very mediocre. Could've definitely made it at home. There was nothing special about this place besides the happy anniversary card on the table.
What a beautiful space and excellent service from hostess to service. The whole team is excellent. We ordered the meatball (delicious) and crab cakes (very good) and steak (perfectly cooked). The cocktails are very good but quite small for the price point.
I’m glad I gave this place a second try! Came with friends for a bday celebration and our waiter with dangly earrings seemed to not be knowledgeable about the menu, he didn’t know about the oyster special and served us string beans with pork belly in it after my friend identified dietary restrictions….
My highs of both experiences is the bartender Sam. He is so personable and has amazing customer service! He even remembered me from coming with my friend which is always a plus. Nisos happy hour definitely may be my new cheers! oysters are amazing and the craft cocktails are amazing! Ignacio recommended the wings and they were tasty!

Excellent vibe and ambience! Service was attentive and professional. Great for large groups, celebrations and feeling like you’re out of the states on holiday. The tables are well spaced and not over crowded. The menu has something for everyone. We enjoyed plenty of the raw apps, small plates and table side prosciutto (was the highlight hit of the evening). Branzino was delicious, sides and pasta were well done. Octopus was also a hit. The T bone was just okay, it was cooked to our liking but for the price I had higher expectations. Cocktails were inventive. Wine list is decent. Overall great experience thanks for having us! Would recommend!

The service was REALLY slow. 20+ minutes would go by between drink orders, appetizers, then entree orders. Drinks forgotten. The food - for the price - very overrated. Steak I got was full of gristle, not only hard to chew but also to cut.

Amazing, delicious, purely fantastic.
We started at a high top - which we didn’t want - and our server Shalease offered us a booth right as it opened! We came to the restaurant already knowing what we were going to order but Shalease took us through the menu and changed our minds on half our order and confirmed the other half. The Wagyu meatball came out <5 minutes after we ordered and was delicious. We also received a slice of rosemary focaccia along with tzatziki, olive oil, and butter.
After the appetizer another server came and wiped down the table and gave us new silverware, plates, and napkins. Our entrees both came <10 minutes after finishing the appetizer.
The steak frites comes exactly as you request it cooked, and includes a steak sauce, au jus, a bulb of roasted garlic, and steak seasoning. The fries come with dill and other fresh seasonings. I’ve also never had crispier French fries. My steak was slightly undercooked but Shalease happily took it back to be cooked to my liking.
The seating was very comfortable and not too crowded.
Overall due to the food, service, and ambience we will absolutely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to our friends.

Excellent dinner, However one of my dining partners was served a dish with almonds after specifying that most seated at the table had severe allergies. Quite a big mistake for otherwise beautiful establishment.
