Excellent place for a night out in the Michigan Ave area. I really loved the lychee martini and the lava cake. The sushi was excellent. The tuna tartar appetizer was excellent.

Had another great meal at Niu B! I’ve been coming here since grad school and have had great meals every time. The Shoyu Ramen and Gyozas in particular are amazing. Great drinks also!

I saw Niu B while I was walking to another, and I am glad I changed it up. I had an amazing dinner and time here. I had never tried Takoyaki before, and Niu B set my expectations high! The chicken karaage was amazing too. With the residences attached, it made part of the atmosphere where the staff and regulars are almost like kindred spirits, felt like home.

The service was very good. The staff was attentive. The fish was very fresh and tasty. The hibiscus tea was lovely and came in a cute pot and served with a nice tea cup. I will definitely be eating here again!

Love everything about this place. Ordered Cherry Blossom for appetizer, Ichigo roll, Chirashi and Salmon Lover, and they were all very delicious. The fish was so fresh and buttery.. Also if you are lucky to get the seating that faces towards the park, the view gets really gorgeous in the late afternoon :)

I wasn't a huge fan of this. I tried the Tonkatsu Ramen and Wagyu handroll. The truffle soy on the handroll did not have a truffle flavor at all. The wagyu was also tough, not like wagyu at all. The Tonkotsu broth was not savory either. It tasted watery.

Unpleasant dining experience. It took the team of waiters a long time to take my order. All they have done was to take my order, give me a cup of tap water and send my food. A robot could have done this.
I was here for business and couldn’t tip on behalf of my company of course. I was waiting for my customer copy of credit card receipt and they never came back.
When I asked one of the waiters for my customer copy of credit card receipt, a lady was obnoxious and said “here is your copy (the original receipt), because you didn’t tip!!!!!”
Gosh this is so funny. Now I’m more assertive that I was right not to tip them out of my own pocket.
Do you think all the customers are your servants and must tip you?
