their booking website glitches and gives you the wrong date and time after payment after you made sure 5x and the “floor manager” will talk to you like you’re stupid when you ask to switch it and says you won’t get your money back and that it’s your fault for not double checking. also refuses to give you ownership contact information so you can help resolve it. Out of $90 and brain cells.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! Shout out to my guy Memmet!!!! We came with no expectations just to sing a little and ended renting a room. The room itself was so beautiful and you could sing ANY song you want, the service given by Memmet was just out of this world; super attentive, super nice, always willing to help out in a sincere, true and humble way.
Even singing outside in the bar people were so nice and the mood immaculate, even after screaming a song everyone sings back up and claps for you which makes you feel like you didn’t sing that bad.
Would recommend to come here 100%

Went here one time and the security was frisking the men of my group (myself included) like he enjoyed his job too much. Making us all feel uncomfortable to the point where we said we would never come back based on that whole interaction.

This was a fun place to celebrate my bestfriend's birthday! The setup and vibe of the place is on point. The our server was very friendly and fun to work with, had no problems at all. My only down side was that our mics kept turning off/timing out and the rooms were very cold until you got a couple drinks in your system lol. Didn't have any food but would definitely come back again

Bartender is hot

Be wary. Went there yesterday and while waiting for our room we asked for 4 Vegas bomb shots and the bartenders looked confused. The total came out to $80!!!! And on the menu it says it’s $12 each, the math was not mathing. Whatever we go to our room the floor is so wet my friend slips and the room is humid. Right away I’m given a phone for the price of the room, and we ask if the air could be turned on. The server says it’s on but the entire 2 hours in the room we were sweating it never turned on. We decide to order the rainbow shots to save some money (it comes with 12 shots for 60$) and when we get it it comes out to 90$ we see on the receipt that they automatically add a gratuity to the bill. No one mentioned that and it was over 20%. The shots tasted like juice!! We each had 4 shots in total that night and were COMPLETELY sober. TOTAL RIP OFF and as shady as it looked. The only positive I have to say is the security guard lady was nice. 300$ for nothing. Smh a waste

All I got to say is eat before you come the portions are not modest for the price and I only order cheese fries and it was very no cheese I had for green onions and they gave me regular onions on my fries that was horrible my friend ordered nachos and there was barely any nachos to eat and no cheese at all and it was for $20

The staff is full of energy. Welcoming experience. Rooms are nice. If it's your birthday the staff will turn up if you know what I mean. Fun experience.
