Good Roof Top in chicago good good and beautiful view
The location is positive and the hospitality is warm and welcoming(restaurant)environments.’
The location accepts consumers, business for hospitality, business and lodging(hotel).
Located in the Park Hyatt, this high end resturaunt on the 7th floor has beautiful views of the city, including an outdoor patio for lunch and dinner. Our stay let us try breakfast & lunch, each with an abundance of options for all diners. Their Caesar salad may have been in my top 5 off all Ive tried...very delicious. They also have excellent service and friendly hosts.
I always get great service here, especially when I have clients or friends visiting. It's a gorgeous view and they have always been very accommodating for dietary restrictions. It's a favorite for me to do lunch because it's quieter and not so noisy as it can get during dinner. Love this spot.
Service here is great, the atmosphere is great, the drinks are great. But the food…not worth your buck. Ordered some sushi(yes I realize this is an American restaurant but they have a whole sushi menu) and the sushi was awful. Then we’re like alright… let’s get a steak, can’t get that wrong right. The steak was low quality and honestly was worse than Outback Steakhouse….for the price you pay, your better off going to Gibsons or Tao if you want sushi/steak.

This was our 2nd time dinning here. We just celebrated our Thanksgiving here. We had a GREAT time. The food was amazing. The drinks were strong! The portions are perfect where you don’t find yourself stuffed, but are able to keep enjoying each dish brought out. The charcuterie board was divine. The expression martinis are the best in town. Joseph, our server, took great care of us. Can’t wait for our next night out here.

Loved brunch here - great food, great! service and great views. Totally worth the slightly higher prices compared to "regular" overcrowded brunch places in the vicinity

You have to rate this place under 3 times. In addition to breakfast, it also offers a bar and a restaurant in the evening.
Breakfast: the food and service were good. However, the price-performance ratio is not that good. We paid around $120 for 2 people with 2 dishes and 4 cappuccinos.
Dinner: The quality of the food is excellent. All the dishes we had were perfectly prepared. The Caesar salad was fresh and beautifully prepared, and the tomato soup also had a nice garnish. As an intermediate course we had the mussels and scallops. Both dishes look very beautiful and taste excellent. For the main course we had the filet mignon. Ordered once medium rare and once medium. Both perfectly prepared. The side dishes were also perfect.
Bar: yes, that is the biggest weak point of this place. Started (one evening) with a very unfriendly receptionist. It was fresh and windy outside. So we wanted to sit inside. Not possible, only the terrace is open. So I had to go to the room and dress warmly so I could enjoy a beer outside. A no-go in the 5 star plus range! The guest decides.
But there is one weak point throughout the entire area: the staff (including in the restaurant). Some are very friendly and do a good job. However, many do not fit in such a place with such high prices. Some staff training in dealing with guests in the high-price segment is urgently needed. You can't talk to the guest like you would in a cheap pub. You need certain manners. The guest also pays the high price for this.
My conclusion: fantastic food, but with some major weaknesses in the service area.

It took a little too long for the waiter to come a greet us and to get water. Felt ignored.
Food did came quickly and was just okay.
Did not get asked if we wanted another drink.
Do not expect anything for your birthday
I personally would not go back, nor recommend

Absolutely amazing experience. Our sever was fantastic! I told him I was celebrating my 40th birthday and he brought desert with a candle and said “you have to have a candle on your birthday”. I asked if the Bloody Mary was gluten free. He told me they make it in house and went and checked every ingredient to ensure if it was or wasn’t. Great atmosphere, great food, great service! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in Chicago to go here!
Dietary restrictions: Everything is labeled it’s super helpful!
