If you're looking for a place with beautiful drinks, amazing service, and one of the best skyline photo spots in Chicago, NoMI is it.
The bartender was incredible and the cocktails were stunning. The rooftop is gorgeous with fire pits and perfect views of downtown Chicago. They even had a jumbo star frame where you could take photos with the skyline behind you — such a cool experience.
For Valentine’s Day they also had a giant heart display which made the whole space feel even more special.
I didn’t try the food this time but I definitely plan to next visit.
If you want great vibes, amazing drinks, and the perfect Chicago photo backdrop, this place is absolutely worth it.

I visited here for the first time on a certain day in September 2025.
We ordered a glass of Berry Smoothie, a glass of Iced Latte , a Lobster Roll Sandwich and a Fried chicken and French toast.
Those were very delicious.
The staffs were very nice and helpful.
It was a nice day. We had a lunch outside.

The perfect spot for a milestone lunch! We had a wonderful time at NoMI last Monday. The staff was professional, warm, and incredibly helpful with a special request I had for a 40th birthday. If you’re looking for a refined lunch with top-tier service, this is it.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone from the staff at the champagne bar in the lobby to the host staff on the 7th floor to waitstaff and of course quality of the food in the lounge was really amazing! 🤩

Seemingly uninspired and lacking a clear vision. There are beautiful views of Chicago, but that’s about it.

The service left a lot to be desired as well.

Pictured is their restaurant week menu. The first course was their “soup,” followed by a pork loin and some prawns. The pork loin tasted like something your mom makes on a busy day. Salt and pepper on a shrink-wrapped pork loin, straight into the oven. Nothing memorable, nothing elevated, and definitely not worth the hype.

My friends and I went to Nomi for lunch during restaurant week, our food was very average and the restaurant needs some updating. I haven't been to Nomi in a very LONG time but was generally underwhelmed. The staff was very nice just food quality and ambience were not up to par.

Nomi remains one of my top choices for restaurant week. The dining room is comfortably quiet, the view gorgeous and the service warm & efficient. This year, the cauliflower tempura appetizer on the restaurant week menu was a flop: soggy tempura coating soaked in a greasy, spicy & overly salty sauce. But the barramundi main dish was delicious and had good portion size. The dessert was the highlight: beautiful color and perfect flavors. Our water/drink glasses were never empty and all requests were handled quickly. Highly recommend.

We had a table with a view overlooking Michigan ave and it was absolutely stunning, even on a snowy day with negative windchills. Miguel our server was fantastic, attentive and so fun! Food was delicious. My friend had the Restaurant Week menu. Would absolutely recommend.

Sushi and Poke bowl were both good. But very much overpriced, which should have expected being in s hotel restaurant.

A quiet early evening for my lovely wife and me for a special anniversary of sorts. Great place to celebrate and enjoy each other with great ambience, food, drink and exceptional service. Thank you, Hyatt!
