We did the omakase experience. Overall quite good, the fish was very good and high quality. The wasabi level on the pieces was inconsistent, mostly very pleasant but at times overpowering. We weren't a fan of the uni/roe course but that is of course personal preference (however as a big fan of uni i was slightly disappointed). Overall very good and attentive service. The tuna pieces were OUTSTANDING.

Food was hit or miss. Some food good (oyster shooter, miso soup) and some bad (karaage, maki rolls) and they ran out of wagyu before we arrived (6:30p). Would not go back.

I was here for the $79 omakase with my partner and we loved every bite. It wasn’t crowded so it felt like we had the counter to ourselves. The service was great and the chef Sasaki was quiet, but friendly and explained every piece. My absolute favorite pieces were the otoro and the hirame with shiso leaf, but everything was divine and fresh. The matcha ice cream was delicious and they decorated for my birthday. Worth the price. The Jasmine cocktail was great for a strawberry lover but too sweet for me.

Great waiter, but he was alone. Because of that he was slow to serve us. Kitchen was very slow. Orders came out sporadically causing us to wait over ten minutes until all of had been served. Food was nicely prepared and presented. Atmosphere was good. Cannot recommend this restaurant. I will not be going back.

Last night I had one of the nicest meals of my life at Nomonomo. Very pleasant space, welcoming staff, and some of the tastiest fish dishes I've ever had. Great cocktails as well. Not wildly expensive as sushi/omakase goes.
