Every dish has tasted honestly so bad. I have been so, so disappointed with ordering from this location despite trying again and again. Hoping it’s just this location— save your money and go elsewhere for noodles.

Funny their top four relevant reviews are 1-star. Lunch was good. BBQ Pulled Pork Mac with a drink and chicken noodle soup. The soup needs less noodles 😆 but the service was 5-star. Silverware and napkins with food for a quick and clean lunch. 👌

I’ve never had cold Mac and cheese like I had at this location. I got the Wisconsin Mac and cheese, when I was served the workers were very polite. I guess the coldness of fast food workers translated from their attitude to the food they make. Great service though. Again cold Wisconsin Mac. It felt like my water was warmer than the noodles. Absolutely 0 melt.

Ordered the Spicy Korean Steak Noodles from this location, not even 12 hours after eating this I had diarrhea and am still having it 4 days later. On top of that, I’m also now throwing up and dealing with nausea as well. My mom had a couple bites of this dish and has also been dealing with diarrhea ever since. There was nothing else that I or we both ate that would’ve caused this. Never ordering from here again, don’t be fooled by the 4.1 rating.

Ordered buttered noodles thru the noodles and company app. It’s really hard to mess up buttered noodles but they found a way. I was literally given mashed pasta with no butter. See pic for reference. Literally threw up

DO NOT ORDER !!!!! Terrible salad . Got raw noodles not cooked , raw chicken and frozen . Like it’s been in the refrigerator for weeks . Baaad smelll. Ordered through Uber . Never again ! Shame on you for serving this to people not caring if they can get sick or not . Never again !

Friendly staff, and wait time was short although there was a long line. Impressed with this location
Not very welcoming and not much variety of options for salads or non cheese items. The cashier was rude when asking questions about salad dressing and I was told I couldn’t sub yogurt dressing for balsamic vinaigrette because it’s only for hot dishes and not a dressing. Not very helpful for first timers I’d recommend a better place for lunch like potbelly down the street.

This is the second time I have ordered food for delivery from this location in a few months and both times it was so salty that it was inedible. I ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and the garlic bread. Seems to only be an issue at this location where the food is just horribly salty. I have contacted customer service making them aware since it seems to be an ongoing issue. Other than that service is quick!

On January 7th I ordered the pasta Fresca. Have always loved it. Stated no tomato’s sub broccoli. Somehow the dish that doesn’t have mushrooms in it had mushrooms. I’m allergic to them, luckily I saw them in time. Was able to scrape them out luckily, but super disappointed this evening. Love noodles, just shouldn’t have to worry about this.
