Ordered the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken—set me back about $16. The noodles were overcooked, sauce was barely there, and the chicken was dry. Staff seemed distracted, and the place wasn't the cleanest. For the price, I expected better. Plenty of other spots in the Loop offer more bang for your buck.
The manager was absolutely wonderful...went above and beyond making sure everything was good...highly recommend this place will be back
Ordered a simple bowl of chicken noodle soup. It was excellent. Adjacent to the La Quinta Downtown in Chicago.
Very Rude and very disrespectful. Playing loud music and talking to one another while taking my order. Cursing and scream laughing….. idk maybe because it was a warm Saturday…. But nah never again
Best place in the loop to get out of the office for a half hour and enjoy a good meal. Make sure to order online or in the app since they make all their food to order!
Noodles & Company is a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal when you’re craving carbs. I got the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese ($10) and the Japanese Pan Noodles ($11)—both hit the spot. The mac was super creamy with that perfect cheesy pull, and the pan noodles had a nice sweet-savory sauce with a little kick. Portion sizes are solid for the price, and the service was fast and friendly. Great spot if you’re in a rush but still want something hot and flavorful. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu!
They were there for me when I needed it the most
Great service and great food! Carson was such a cheerful and delightful employee while taking my order. I will be back again soon!
If I could put a negative star I would. I got food poisoning from this locations chicken. Meaning they aren’t properly cooking their meat to healthy temperatures. I’ve been throwing up nonstop, GI issues that appeared 4 hours after eating the meal. This has now been going on for 10 hours and I feel absolutely miserable. Called the store today and all they said that since it’s placed via uber eats they can’t do anything and didn’t even apologize. Disgusting place and now a couple of my friends have told me they also have gotten sick from noddles and company. DO NOT GO HERE, so many other places in Chicago that actually care about their customers and the safety of their food.

A pasta restaurant chain with a bunch of options, including Asian noodles. But it’s not really what you’d get in Japan.
I got a chicken variant and got it after a few minutes. Tasted decently, with a little bit of spice to it, if a bit rubbery.
Service was quick, if a bit uninterested. Might be because it was late in the evening. Place was clean though.
