Food was good and hot. Only reason for 3 stars is the rice crispIES were not the usual large, delicious self and that was one huge craving and reason for ordering.
Same as other reviews - ordered on DoorDash, waited 30 mins after the order was confirmed, then they canceled without explanation or apology. No one answers the phone - this is a “digital only” restaurant. Not recommended, waste of time.
At first I had no idea it wasn't an actual Noodles & Company restaurant. This location definitely has an interesting concept. Order on a tablet, get a text with updates and pick up your food from a locker. It was easy and fast. The food was good. Plus there's other restaurants that share this space.
We've done takeout from here twice and the food was always tasty and hot. I think the bad reviews were from when this location was first launching. The menu is huge for a takeout/delivery only place. Your mileage may vary on delivery with the apps but takeout is great.
I have gotten several orders delivered from here through doordash. Each one was hot, had the appropriate amount of ingredients, and was tasty as always. Not sure why this location has such a low rating because it is not deserving of one.
Placed an order for delivery and it never arrived, and was eventually canceled. Was still charged for the order, even after filling out the feedback form online. Had to go through my CC company to file a chargeback.
They cook everything in nut oil and didn’t list it. Ruined my meal as I’m allergic. Might kill the next person.
I ordered the gf Mac and cheese bowl with extra cheese and paid extra for the additional of broccoli. Here’s how it arrived: the top was a heaping pile of hot cheese with undercooked mushy noodles, and on the bottom undercooked sauce-less noodles (1.5. cups or so) with a handful of raw broccoli stems. Yes, you read that right. Someone cut up a broccoli crown and without steaming or cooking the broccoli, just threw it in without care or was tripped out and hoped for the best. With tax and tip it was like $20 on Uber eats. Total joke. These cloud kitchen gig workers are high af!
cancelling peoples door dash orders without telling them is pretty lame
So glad they just opened up here! Please note this is delivery and pickup only tho.
