always a reliable pick with great service and amazing food. love to grab lunch here for when we dont want a full on ‘sit down’ place but also dont want to go to a drive through. i also always appreciate the clean tables/bathrooms and accomadations and friendly staff

Food was good but the older lady working the front & delivering the food was rude. They messed up my order and gave me chicken tom yum instead of vegetable tom yum. I made no big deal about it, picked the chicken out and asked for a side of vegetables to add to my soup.At the end when I specifically asked the lady for 4 to go containers she only giving me 2. Then when I re asked for another 2 to go containers she rudely said “next time they cannot give you separate vegetables”....

I spent a lot (and I mean A LOT) of time here as a UChicago student living in Hyde Park. This was my go to place-- I ate here at least once a week for three years. I had my birthday dinners here, I studied here, I took my family here, I brought all my friends who visited UChicago here. Wide range of asian food-- Japanese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, and more. They did each dish well and consistent. Now I live in bucktown but I have made the drive a few times to get my pad woon...
